From the beginning of booking the room, the customer service staff patiently answered my various questions, provided detailed and accurate information, and helped me complete the reservation smoothly. Every morning, the staff will come to clean the room on time, change clean towels, sheets, clean garbage, and move softly and quickly, without disturbing the guests' rest. Once, I accidentally spilled coffee on the sheets, called room service, and the staff came to change with clean sheets in a few minutes. I also asked me if I needed other help. The efficiency of handling the problem was extremely high, which made me very touched. The hotel's catering service is also worth mentioning.
