The hot water for shower is really terrible. I never thought that a five-star hotel would have such supporting facilities. At the beginning it wasn't hot at all, and I had to let the water run for ten minutes before I could wash. Later on it wasn't cool at all. In general, the further you bend to the right, the colder it gets, and the water gets bigger. But for you, the temperature didn't change at all when you bend to the right, and the water got gradually smaller. Until the very end, when you bend to the right, the water was almost gone, and the temperature dropped abruptly, almost freezing me to death. Hope this problem can be rectified soon. 2. Since the air conditioner will take a month to repair, can the customer be informed in advance? Can't we notify them in advance by phone or in person before check-in? The temperature outside has been okay these days, so I can sleep with the windows open. But how will I sleep if the temperature goes up in a few days? 來眉山和久未見面的朋友約見，在鳳凰·大倉侯爵酒店訂了鐘點房，體驗超讚！前台Gavin主管效率很高，快速辦好入住，還主動提出幫我寄存行李箱，説“您輕裝見朋友更自在”。房間空間寬敞，沙發柔軟，我們坐着聊天喝茶特別舒服，光線也剛好適合拍照。中途想補點飲品，前台很快送來瓶裝水和紙巾。快到時間時，衹是温和提醒，完全不打擾。臨時會客選這裏太對了，寄存行李方便，服務又貼心，必須好評！

訂了豪華房，現在小姐姐給我們送了房，非常大，估計是套間吧，太給力了。那天太累了，在酒店點了外賣也相當的不錯。酒店應該是按照五星級酒店標準做的一個高檔酒店，但是裏面保養不是太好。工作人員還是很熱情積極的。這個價位的酒店已經算是很不錯的了。值得推薦。
