Advantages: 1. The appearance is very grand and looks particularly magnificent; 2. The service is really good, which must be praised. The hot water for shower is really terrible. I never thought that a five-star hotel would have such supporting facilities. At the beginning it wasn't hot at all, and I had to let the water run for ten minutes before I could wash. Later on it wasn't cool at all. In general, the further you bend to the right, the colder it gets, and the water gets bigger. But for you, the temperature didn't change at all when you bend to the right, and the water got gradually smaller. Until the very end, when you bend to the right, the water was almost gone, and the temperature dropped abruptly, almost freezing me to death. Hope this problem can be rectified soon. 2. Since the air conditioner will take a month to repair, can the customer be informed in advance? Can't we notify them in advance by phone or in person before check-in? The temperature outside has been okay these days, so I can sleep with the windows open. But how will I sleep if the temperature goes up in a few days? Customers don’t have the right to know and can only find out after checking in? The hotel's hygiene, service and environment are all very good, but the facilities really make me feel very uncomfortable.

服務很一般，一個雙人間配一把雨傘。前台也沒有雨傘。耳塞也不準備，眼罩也不準備。問什麼什麼都沒有。空有這麼大的房間了。
