Internet was very slow. Staff, not great. Nobody works during the night. Freezing cold rooms and when trying to put the heaters on, they don't work. You have to sleep with scarves and jackets on. Breakfast is terrible. Bathroom door is made of glass and the bathroom has a window towards the living room, with the blinds on the living room side of the glass. Personnel always makes sure that you know when they are closing or leaving. Pillows are terrible also, and bedding had a humid feel.

Great hotel in superb location - staff are wonderful. Car parking is offsite but with an inclinator to the hotel which is fun, and then there’s the view!

Arrive early evening and was greeted with a glass of Sekt! It was so very welcome after a hard day's meetings. Unfortunately I only stayed for one night, I was invited out for dinner at a different location, but breakfast was great at the Burgkeller. Staff was very friendly and the location was fairytale. Check out was pleasant and quick - I loved the little gift of home made cookies on check out. The cookies saved me from starvation on my 7 hour trip to the airport. I will be back!

Lovely property! This was the most charming of hotels with an attentive and kind staff. Would definitely stay here again and will recommend to all of our family and friends.

Nett. Direkt an der Burg. Dh auch Kopfsteinpflaster, PP 500m weiter mit entsprechendem Hin und Her. Eigentlich ein Nogo. Freundliche Mitarbeiter, wobei ein Choleriker dabei ist, der schulmeisterlich belehrt, laut und unhöflich wird, wenn der Gast an seinen Belehrungen nicht interessiert ist. Wahrscheinlich der Geschäftsführer. Solches Gebahren kenne ich zu Genüge. Ich habe dann storniert.

Wir hatten, dank dem tollen Team, dieses Jahr wieder ein wunderbares Osterfest im Romantikhotel "Burgkeller". Es hat, wie immer, rund herum alles gepaßt. In den komfortablen Zimmern, mit den super schön renovierten Bädern, haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstück und die "Vier-Gänge-Menüs" am Abend ließen keine Wünsche offen. Auch das gebuchte "Verwöhnprogramm" im Spa bei Frau Vogel haben wir sehr genossen. Vielen Dank nochmals an alle und bis zum nächsten Mal!!

Das Hotel ist sehr schön und ruhig gelegen auf dem Burgberg in Meißen. Vom Restaurant aus hat man einen wunderbaren Panoramablick auf die Stadt. Die Zimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll gestaltet. Vom Fenster blickt man auf Dom und Albrechtsburg. Der Service im Hotel und im Restaurant ist in allen Belangen zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Den Wellness Bereich haben wir an zwei Tagen, an denen wir hier waren, nicht genutzt, aber auch an sich ist dieses Hotel ein Ort der Erholung und Entspannung. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt.
