公寓距梅州西站駕車大概5公里，公交的話3站地左右，乾淨整潔，價格超級實惠，高樓層視野超好，對面有大型商超，餐館也很多，不錯！

這裏停車不免費，但是路邊輔路都是可以停車的，感覺有點擁擠，因為電瓶車什麼太多了。附近好吃的不太多，都是開出去吃飯的，來跑馬住的。
