The environment is good, the hot spring water is clean and hygienic. The water was changed yesterday and it was crystal clear, but the temperature was too high to touch. There are multiple pools and waterfalls and hot springs. Haha, just wait until it gets cooler at night before going. The mud bath hot spring is just right. It's also just fresh mud and soaked in to warm it up. The villa room we stayed in was a bit small, but the only drawback was that there was no balcony. There are no interesting places around. You can only eat in the hotel. The cost is not high and it is acceptable. It is a dark village outside and there is not much to eat.

When traveling with pets, it’s hard to find pet-friendly resorts in Meizhou. This hotel is the only resort in Dameizhou that allows dogs. The layout is large, so it is still very happy to come to a hot spring hotel in the summer. The entire hotel is really pet-friendly. You can take your dog into the restaurant and visit the hot spring area. Of course, the puppy will definitely not go into the water, he will just be held nearby and watched. Facilities: The room is a suite in a single-family villa, but there is no refrigerator and no cold drinks. Hygiene: Traveling during off-peak hours, the rooms are very clean Environment: The hotel is not big, but it is enough for a stroll. The hot spring area is very beautiful and the hot spring water is very clean. The staff member said that the pool has been rewashed and new water put in for tourists during the National Day holiday. It will be more fun to come here when the weather is cooler. Service: The service staff are very good. From check-in to hotel dining and play, everyone has a good attitude and is also very pet-friendly. Breakfast: Breakfast is all Chinese style, Hakka style. Whether it is breakfast or lunch, the portions are really good and full of carbohydrates and proteins. To be honest, it was really comfortable to take a hot spring bath in Wuhua this time, but I guess I won’t come next time because the place is relatively remote. Although the facilities in the resort are very complete, some parts of the design are very difficult for our family to travel. It's unreasonable. We were arranged to live in a villa area. It's far away from breakfast and hot springs. It's also inconvenient for the elderly and children. Although it's not far to walk, the originally connected places are separated and we can only go through the lobby. It's really very not good. Secondly, in the rooms in the villa area, either the air conditioner does not work, or the TV has an Internet signal, but the TV cannot be seen. Among the three rooms, only one TV can successfully watch the live broadcast. In one room, the TV freezes after watching it for 3 seconds. For 10 minutes, one room was full of preview content, which was very heart-wrenching. Then the room doesn't look big, and I can understand the separation of wet and dry toilets, but considering family travel, the bathroom can't accommodate a child + an adult. I have to bump my elbows while bathing the child, which is very useless... To mention a few good points, the service is very good. The waiter helped with the luggage when he saw it when he got off the bus. I have to praise this. I also like it at home. The uncles and aunts in the resort are also very talkative and will give advice to the elders at home. Words like "be careful where you are" are very heartwarming! Especially the mud bath area. Although the open area is not large, there are two staff members who will help you when going down and up to prevent accidents. It is worthy of praise! Great for avoiding surprises. Next is the breakfast at the resort. Although there are not many varieties, I praise its hard-boiled eggs and fried eggs. You can taste the eggs that are home-raised, and some are even double-yolk eggs, which have a strong egg flavor!

環境總體還行，就是蚊子特別多🥴。服務這塊，出入有車接送還好，就是住宿地方沒電梯，也沒工作人員。想找個人幫忙扛行李都沒有🙁。温泉不錯，值得體驗

一次非常棒的週末之旅，全國僅兩處天然熱礦泥之一，環境清靜、整潔衞生，温泉舒暢，泥浴熱乎，感受大自然的天然饋贈。 值得一提的是服務員非常熱情，看到長者家腿腳不方便都會上前攙扶着。

。餐飲水平低，早餐食品沒什麼選擇，補給也不好，很慢。取餐地方也很擠，人碰人的。 。应該加上按摩服務，浸完温泉没有按摩，逞一大 遺憾 。最好加一個健身室，附近沒什麼好做，要制造一些個人活動。 。如泥浴也是冇限次使用，那是最好，反正客人也做不了多少次，但感覺就好得多

設施：房間定了套房，30平夠大，但沒私湯提供，而且家庭出行，無法住同一層，比較遺憾。同時隔音很差，要睡覺分分鐘被隔壁房吵醒。 環境：大眾湯挺多的，泥礦確實要有心理準備，還是挺臟的，但聽五華人説卻有此泥，體驗一下不錯。 服務：春節多人，基本都是照顧到了。就是中餐廳吃飯收銀一般。而且早餐非常早結束，9點半沒得吃了， 其他配套：周邊十分村，連外賣都沒有的地方。要吃好的就是不要來，基本沒啥吃的。
