A very nice hotel and nice people. Love the noodle bar at the breakfast buffet. Surely we will stay again in the future trip to Mei Zhou

We got an upgraded room, which came with a welcome fruit platter. The room was spacious and bright, facing the Meijiang River with fantastic views. Meijiang Park is right next door, offering fresh air perfect for a relaxing stroll. The room was very clean, and the staff were highly professional. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, featuring local specialties. The hotel also has a laundry room. It was a bit of a shame that the pool wasn't open. I would definitely choose to stay here again if I have the chance.

The hotel is right by the Meijiang River, offering great views both day and night. It's clean, and the bedding is comfortable. I wasn't familiar with how to operate the TV, but after I called the front desk, a staff member came to my room very quickly to help. The breakfast selection and quality were excellent. It's also worth mentioning that the hotel's Chinese restaurant serves fantastic food; both the Cantonese and Hakka dishes are authentic and reasonably priced.

The location is great, just a short walk across Jianying Memorial Bridge to Jiaying Ancient City and Jiangbei Old Street. However, the hotel facilities are a bit dated. Even though it's a relatively new hotel, the showerhead in my room was already old and broken.

As expected from Meizhou Yingbinguan, the location is excellent. The staff were warm and attentive, offering a truly professional star-rated service. All rooms boast views of the Mei River, and right across the river is Beicheng Old Street. The hotel's breakfast was a delightful spread of Hakka specialties, rich and varied. We also enjoyed an authentic Hakka dinner on the second floor. Overall, it was a fantastic experience that I'd happily recommend to friends.

This hotel is conveniently located right by the Meijiang River, offering a fantastic river view from the window, perfect for morning and evening strolls. The environment is comfortable and quiet. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming; the front desk always greets you politely with a smile whenever you enter or leave. The hotel's breakfast buffet is extensive and includes delicious Hakka-style specialties. The room facilities are complete, spacious, bright, and impeccably clean, with very comfortable bedding. We even received a complimentary fruit platter from the hotel. On the morning of the 28th, we were able to watch the marathon right from the hotel entrance! Highly recommend staying here.

The hotel is located by the Meijiang River, and navigation accurately pinpoints its location. There's both above-ground and underground parking, with several lots nearby. It seems to cater mostly to business travelers attending meetings. There aren't many good dining options nearby; you'll need a 5-10 minute taxi ride to find them. Facilities: Still quite new. Environment: Comfortable. Welcome fruit was provided.

The location of hotel is convenient, there are different kinds of restaurants nearby. Furthermore, different choices of  transportation are available around.  The room is clean, neat and tidy and hotel staff are helpful and friendly.

One of our favourite stays was at White Swan Guest House. We had the most amazing experience from the staff. September 2024 We traveled to Meizhou from Shezhen. Being from Australia with limited communication we struggled to get a DiDi not realising we were in the wrong town wanting a long trip. We contacted White Swan hoping they could help us get transport. The lovely ladies Alice and Anna made every attempt to get us a DiDi so late at night and they had a friend who was able to get us from the train station. Once he was at Meizhou train station and couldn’t locate us. Alice suggested we share location on WeChat. it was then that we all realised we were in the wrong town. We had accidentally got off the train at the station before Meizhou, Xingningcun Alice & Anna were so kind and offered to help find us accommodation for the night as it was already midnight. We didn’t really want to because it will interfere with our schedule but there were no more trains.  The ladies understood and  said they could ask her DiDi driver friend but no guarantee as he had finished work for the night. She asked if he would be willing to travel the 1.5 hours to Xingning South Railway station at 1am to come get us. Which would actually have him driving for 3 hours for us. It was a late night but we are so grateful that they tried so hard to communicate with us and make us feel safe and cared for. He was wonderful and because of his kindness we reached out to him many times during our stay. The staff especially Anna and Alice were amazing. Thank you for making our first visit to China a memorable experience. The rooms were perfect, clean and comfortable. September 2025 Because of the 2024 experience, we have chosen to stay at White Swan Guest House. They continue to go above and beyond, and it was great to reconnect with Alice again.

Great food are served in the hotel restaurants. Staff are helpful and polite. Clean and quiet environment. Keep it up!

Beautiful views on the river and friendly service

Customer service very prompt on their service standard
