This National Day, I needed to go to Meizhou for something, and there was no place worth staying nearby, so I took my family to stay in Ketianxia for a few days. When I first arrived at Ketianxia, I felt that it was okay. It has attractions + real estate + hotels, the ecological chain is relatively complete, and it is very popular. Stay here for a few days, share your experience, and provide some reference for everyone.
1. The service attitude and level of the service staff are really average. There is no one in front of the hotel lobby to guide and answer questions. The hotel accommodations are scattered. Do I need to take off my luggage first when the car is parked in front of the door? Or should I wait until after check-in and drive the car near the accommodation room before unloading my luggage? The guest wants to ask, but the security guard at the door will just ask the guest to drive away; other hotel staff and attraction staff have a relatively cold and casual attitude, so don't expect anything from the service here.
2. The attraction is like a park. The scenic area is very small and built on the mountain. The natural resources are actually good. It is good to treat it as a park and the air is good. It's a pity that the cultural and tourism content is relatively casual and low-end. The performing arts programs are like grass-roots teams, and the quality of the programs is just that. The main restaurants in the scenic area can only order set meals. I looked at the minimum meal for four people, 488. The food was average and the taste was a bit ugly. (The Huameixuan restaurant next to the hotel lobby is OK, not expensive and the food is pretty good)
3. The hotel's internal facilities are quite old. You can’t tell from the outside of the hotel, but many of the facilities inside are out of date. This time I didn't stay in the main building of the hotel. As soon as I entered the lobby below the building, I smelled a musty smell. I don’t know how the sockets in the room are designed? Even if there is no USB, there is no socket on the bedside table. Finally, I finally found a socket under the bedside table and could barely pull the cord to the bedside for charging. Didn't mobile phones exist when this hotel was built? It was the first time in my life that I saw an air-conditioning controller installed on the console. It took me a long time to figure out how to control the air-conditioning. It was like an antique! There is also a TV. I don’t know if it’s the set-top box or the remote control. When watching TV, it hurts to press the handle when changing the station. There was also Wi-Fi, but the speed was so slow that I ended up using my own data throughout the entire process.
4. The sound insulation of the room is really very poor. The sounds outside the corridor - footsteps and voices were clearly audible. The room I stayed in this time had a connecting door to the room next door (which was not opened). Perhaps because of this, the sound of the TV and voices next door were also clear, so I didn't dare to make any loud noise in the room.
5. The hotel swimming pool is not open yet. As a tourist resort hotel, the swimming pool is actually very important. The hotel actually said that it is only open during the summer vacation. There is no indication on Ctrip. This is a bit of false advertising.
I feel that this hotel is not worthy of the price of 1200+. Although it is during the long vacation.
