I had a pleasant 2-night stay at this hotel. The check-in process was smooth and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed ;comfortable bed, good water pressure in the shower, and reliable Wi-Fi. The location was a big plus. I also appreciated the quiet atmosphere at night, which made it easy to rest after a long day out. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would definitely consider coming back for a short getaway or business trip.

Room is big and comfortable

First day check in dah bermasalah bab kunci bilik. Sepatutnya boleh je bagi tukar bilik lain. Ni sampai 2 kali repair hari yang sama , pastu hari kedua pun 2 kali jugak. Dgn panas nya kat luar bilik tu. Adoi la ..spoil Makanan ok .suka. Sedap ja. View belakang ok la untuk .tapi malam je .kedai2 kat bawah tu dah tutup . Sayang bangunan punya cantik tapi tak rancak sangat .ok la takde gangguan ***** ke apa takde ..yang bab kunci bilik tu je menyampah .

The hotel is quiet...spacious...got a refrigerator... The air-conditioning was cold.. the bed is comfortable...the bathroom was clean...but if the housekeeper can scrub the toilet, it would be ok. The stains are still there.. The water pressure was great as well... I'm very satisfied with my stay.. I pay for my breakfast. The food was tasty. Enough with the price that I paid. I love the interior... Smell nice...friendly staff... The only thing I'm not ok is the location. If you want to go somewhere that main tourist attractions, it's quite far... Not a walking distance. But I drive, so Its not a problem for me.

This is not my first stay here — I always come back because the service is great and the rooms are clean and comfortable. However, during this stay in room 2-61, I found the mattress to be quite firm, which made it a bit uncomfortable to sleep. I hope the hotel can improve the mattress comfort in that room. Other than that, everything was as good as always!

Spacious and comfortable for family of 4. Nice ambience with decent amenities. Love the classic decoration❤️

Book for others for business trip purposes. So far so good..

Good location. Need to drive to Jonker Street . A little far if walking . Overall service was good .

Nothing to complaint

Exterior of the hotel is nice. Room is big. The staffs took note of my special request and made it happen. However, the location of this hotel is at Melaka Gateway project island which is empty but it is near to the Melaka town. The room is not soundproof enough as you can hear the outdoor unit aircond. The breakfast has limited choice, and it was just ok. Overall, this hotel is worth the price!

Overall, it was a pleasant stay. Fast check in, good amenities in the room. Location nearby to Menara Taming Sari (5 min drive).  Definitely will stay again in the future

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The toilet was extremely dirty and clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. The bedsheets smelled terrible and seemed unwashed. The room's couch had food spilled on it, adding to the unpleasant odor in the room. Overall, it was a very bad experience and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Cons: The rooms are outdated. The carpet smells. The beds are ok. Some parts of the rooms are really dirty even with cobwebs (see photos). The balcony floor is filthy and not maintained. Staff are ok, but other than one male reception, the rest are not friendly. They are not rude, just not welcoming and friendly as how someone facing customers should be. The housekeeping team: On two occasions, they just opened our room without knocking, and it was still before check-out time. This is a serious issue. The aircond was leaking, and no one came to fix it after reporting it. The pool is small, and no pool towel is provided. The hotel also charges Rm5 if you ask for an extra towel. Insane! Pros: The hotel looks nice from the outside, and so does the lobby. The 3 bedroom apartment is huge. The room service food is affordable compared to other hotels.
