"I am going to make a point about the service in Novotel: I was greeted by Gita and she has done an absolute excellent job. I have asked for a quiet room so I can have some sleep as had an early flight. I have passed my special thank you to Gita when I was leaving, through a receptionist man, early morning. The hotel room was ready on my arrival but obviously it needs updating as looks scratchy, and shabby but it didn't effect me at all, for night before the flight it was excellent! I would definitely recommend the hotel and will be back again. Many thanks to Gita and manager Jastina."

"I had a very pleasant stay. The location is excellent just a short walk from the train station and within easy reach of the city centre and riverside areas. The hostel was clean, well organised, and felt safe throughout my stay. My room was simple but comfortable, with clean bedding and sufficient storage space. The shared bathrooms were well maintained and regularly cleaned. The staff were friendly, professional, and happy to help with directions and local tips, which made settling in very easy. I also appreciated the communal areas, which were relaxed and suitable for catch up with other travellers or just unwinding after a day of sightseeing. Overall, this hostel offers very good value for money and is a great choice for budget-conscious travellers visiting the city."
