I had a layover in Melbourne and this place offers airport transfers, which was incredibly convenient. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and I think a supermarket isn't too far either, we saw it on the map but didn't actually go. The room was indeed small, but functional enough, especially since I was just staying for a night's sleep.

This hotel is located close to Terminal 4 of Melbourne Airport, reachable on foot. The check-in experience is fast and happens by typing in all your details in an online form that, once approved, it allows you to get an automatic receipt and room key. The restaurant is lovely and offers delicious food. The rooms are quite comfortable. The only downside is that they don’t provide in-room water. Excellent choice if you have a night layover or if your flight is delayed.

The hotel is a 12-minute drive from the airport. The airport shuttle needs to be booked by phone or by contacting Trip.com customer service. Breakfast is the usual continental fare, pretty much what you'd expect from any Western hotel (as pictured). The swimming pool didn't look very clean. The guest laundry room requires a card for entry, and it's 4.5 AUD for one wash or dry cycle. Free parking is available. The room was recently renovated and looks quite new, with no lingering 'new renovation' smell. As for service, Australian hotels generally don't offer the same level of meticulous attention and service you'd find in a Chinese hotel. That simply doesn't exist here.

A very convenient trolley push of luggage across the walkway straight out of the terminal. No need for any transfer rides, no waiting. There is a deposit on the room credit card or, at the time of writing, $100 cash is quicker on refund at checkout. A pool and gym. Attached restaurant for convenience. Excellent service by helpful staff

Exceeded my expectations! The service attitude, room facilities, and even the free shuttle bus to the airport were all fantastic! If you're looking for a hotel near Melbourne Airport, I highly recommend staying at Mantra. (The rooms were also newer and bigger than I imagined, which was a pleasant surprise! The front desk staff were super friendly too – so much better than the Mantra at Sydney Airport 🙇)

Taxi driver from Tullamarine at 2am got angry about short distance - but that was not the hotel's fault. On arrival, my key was in a safe, and the code had been texted to me. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. I was able to sleep soundly after a day of flights and airports. The bathroom was spotless, and towels and toiletries well provided. The reception staff, both on phone and in person, were very efficient and helpful, and the cleaning staff member I spoke with truly brightened my day with her friendly and helpful manner.I shall certainly return next time I fly to Melbourne.

Facilities: The room is relatively small, there are mildew spots on the top of the bathroom, there are many open-air parking lots, free of charge. Hygiene: There are mildew spots on the top of the bathroom Environment: The hotel has its own restaurant, there are relatively large supermarkets and McDonald's nearby, it is 10 minutes drive from the airport, suitable for guests who catch early flights. There is a game room in the hotel. Service: Check-in is very fast.

Overall, it was quite good. As described, the bed was relatively narrow. It's very close to the terminal and offers airport shuttle service, with staff even helping with luggage. During peak times, you can self-check-in.

Good location but bad service. We arrived 5 mins early for the airport shuttle but the airport shuttle left without us due to delay in checking out in the reception counter as the staff was ignoring us while we were standing in front of the reception counter. We complained to the reception lady immediately the reception lady was very unhelpful! She asked us to walk to the airport without offering any other solution . Awful and impolite

This hotel is conveniently located near the airport, making it ideal for a short stay or an overnight stopover. The price is reasonable, and it served its purpose well for a one-night rest. However, the breakfast was a bit disappointing. It was very basic, just bread with spreads, milk, and cereal which didn’t feel substantial for a hotel breakfast. The TV selection was also limited to basic channels with no entertainment options. Overall, it’s a good choice if you just need a place to rest before or after a flight, but don’t expect much in terms of breakfast or room entertainment.
