The staff were excellent, very nice and helpful. You can email them 24/7 if you need anything, as there's no phone and reception closes. The location is great, only about a 10-minute walk to the SkyBus, and the room was spacious enough.

This is an apartment run by Indians. It's a one-bedroom, one-living room unit with ample space and modern facilities. Besides the kitchen with a microwave and induction cooker, the washer-dryer combo was a big selling point for me. The amenities are high-end, new, and offer great value for money. As we check-in pretty late as was not aware that we need to inform in advance for late arrival. We were glad that we are able to reach the service provider via internet phone to provide instructions to check-in. Thanks again for the help.

However, there was no air conditioning, and reporting it to the front desk didn't resolve the issue. Trash wasn't collected daily, so by the third day, the bins were almost overflowing. Perfect location. Quiet room. Check in is on the level 8. They provide tea, coffee, laundry powder. Deposit 200 dollars by bank card (no cash accepted). Really nice place to stay.

spacious room with good utensils for cooking by yourself. great location, right at the heart of melbourne cbd with transport within a few minutes of walking distance. reception isn’t 24/7 and room service is once every few? days but we got by just fine. only problem we had was that the walls are a bit thin and we could hear people talking from adjacent rooms at times. great huge tv as well :) good for long stay

The room was spacious and had cooking facilities, which was very convenient for our trip. The hotel's location is excellent, right within the free tram zone, making it easy to get to any part of the city. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Melbourne!
