Everything about this hotel is wonderful. The manager and staff are truly amazing !

This seems like a newer hotel in the area. So clean, smells fresh and the rooms are very spacious with beautiful views of the ocean. I have to say it’s one of the best I’ve stayed in. And I travel for work and stay in Marriott weekly . Brian at the front desk was absolutely fabulous. He was so kind, attentive, and helpful. We were here for a not so great experience with my Aunt being on vacation and falling ill and ended up in the ICU. I will definitely come back here for vacation. They have an excellent breakfast every morning with the Chobani yogurt bar, hot food and pastries. They normally have an espresso machine, but unfortunately, it was down during our visit, but there’s plenty of coffee. Every evening they have a happy hour with free wine and beer along with cheese, olives, and sliced baguette. They also have a few happy hour menu items for $10. The food is excellent. I think we’ve eaten here every single night we’ve been here. It is oceanfront and they have chairs and umbrellas for rent. The ocean is beautiful here and much less crowded than Cocoa Beach. I absolutely love the element hotel, and I will be looking into staying at more of these during my work travels, super convenient, accommodating and very friendly staff! Just one more shout out to Brian for being so attentive and kind. He’s very good at what he does and he deserves a promotion!

Very nice, smaller hotel right on the Melbourne beach. It is newer and rather modern and minimalist, but nice. The rooms are on the small side, but you will be at the pool or on the beach anyhow. Excellent breakfast and evening appitizers. The pool was great but the drinks are pricey. You can watch rocket launches from the pool balcony!

Wonderful facility that is well maintained and very attentive staff and GM. Large salt water pool is a plus. New comfortable beds. Nice to be at a resolt like property without the extra resort fee. Near great fun resteraunts and supermarkets are 4 min away by car.

Nice clean room. I like that they have little kitchenettes with plates/silverware. The bed is softer than other hotels which is great and the pillows are nicer than other places. The gym is nice too, with convenient amenities like towels and water.

Did not stay at hotel, but visited the Ebb and Flow restaurant. Had a fantastic dinner with gorgeous ocean view, lovely drinks and amazing service - Lyndsey was so friendly and took extra time to make us comfortable. Will definitely come back!
