The location is the biggest advantage! It's just a short walk, a few minutes really, right across from Southern Cross Station. However, the room we booked was advertised as over 20 square meters, but it definitely wasn't that big in reality! It was probably at most around 15 square meters. The bathroom sink, in particular, was incredibly small – literally palm-sized. The shower stall was also quite narrow. And the window faced an internal shaft, so there was only a little natural light and absolutely no view, essentially facing a wall! We stayed for three nights, and the bed was comfortable. The room's facilities were a bit dated; there was a small, very old sofa, a small desk, and a chair. The mini-fridge being inside the wardrobe was a bit odd, and there was nowhere to put the kettle because its cord was so short…

This hotel is easy to find. After taking the Sky Bus from the airport to the final stop, Southern Cross Station, exit to your right and walk about 200 meters along the main road. The hotel will be on your left. It's also just a hundred meters or so from a tram stop, surrounded by numerous restaurants. A 7-Eleven is a few dozen meters to your left when you exit, and a large supermarket, Woolworths, is on the second floor of Southern Cross Station. All the front desk staff are Chinese, and they offer warm and very personalized service. We were supposed to check in at 3 PM, but our flight arrived early, and we got to the hotel at 11:50 AM. The staff checked for available rooms and, seeing one, allowed us to check in immediately. It was such a relief to be able to rest in our room right away after a long journey; we were so happy! Speaking of service, a big shout-out to the housekeeping staff on the first floor (second floor in Chinese counting) who serviced room 130! I had assumed that since I was staying for two nights, the room wouldn't be cleaned on the second day until after check-out. To my surprise, not only was the room cleaned, but the pillows were arranged in the exact same way I had left them. This shows exceptional training and meticulous attention to detail. I've stayed in at least a hundred hotels, both domestic and international, and this is the first time I've encountered housekeeping staff who arrange the bedding according to the guest's preference. The highest rating on Ctrip is 5 points; if I could, I'd give the housekeeping staff at this hotel a 5+! Although the hotel is located in a bustling area, our standard twin room was facing the interior, so it wasn't noisy at all and was quite quiet. The room isn't large, and you need some cleverness to place a big suitcase, but it's well-equipped with amenities like an electric kettle, hairdryer, iron, and a mini-fridge. For the Wi-Fi password, you can scan the QR code on the desk to get the information. One thing that needs improvement is the shower; it has separate handles for hot and cold water, which makes adjusting the temperature inconvenient and requires a lot of patience. A single-handle mixer tap would be much better. The advantages of this hotel are its affordable price, excellent location, and top-notch service. While there's room for improvement in the hardware facilities, overall, this hotel offers great value for money in Melbourne.

The room was a bit small, but that didn't bother me. The hotel's location is absolutely central, very close to the train station, various shopping malls, and the CBD. Overall, it's pretty good.

The location is also fantastic – just a short walk from Southern Cross Station, with a tram stop nearby. It's only a three or four stop ride to Flinders Street Station. 3. **Service:** The service was decent. I didn't encounter any Chinese-speaking staff, but basic English was sufficient. 4. **Facilities:** Everything else was great, except for the showerhead. The water pressure was very low, and it was a rainfall-style shower with a wide spray angle. For women under 180cm, it's hard to reach the water when it's initially strong, and by the time it reaches you, it's barely a drizzle. It made showering quite uncomfortable.
