The front desk staff were friendly and attentive. The room was clean and comfortable. It's very close to the train station and convenient for taking the SkyBus. If you walk to the right, it's also very close to the tram. This will be my top choice for my next visit to Melbourne.

Enjoyed the convenient locations, the peaceful room and the easy access to the public transport . Even though we stayed only 2 night, it was a very pleasant stay

The location is the Best, literally just across the southern cross station, only 2 metro stops to Melbourne Central station cost you $1 and 3 mins later you are already in the middle of the city where the Hussle hustle is, restaurant, china town, westfield

From Taiwan. Great location right across from Melbourne transportation hub, with access to all ground transportation services. And quick food and shopping options. Small bathroom with good shower water pressure, flow so it can be hot wonderful shower but since it is small and shower has no door so the water splash out easily. However, there is no water dispenser to fill with water, and to promote environmental protection, there are no disposable paper slippers. There are towels, bath towels, and a hair dryer, and the hair dryer has a large airflow.

Good location, but major issue with bedding cleanliness"Staying at The Savoy Hotel Melbourne has its perks—it is very close to the train station and the service is fine. The room appeared clean at first glance, but I was disgusted to find the pillows had a very bad odor. It strongly seemed like they forgot to change them after the last guest. I hope management addresses this hygiene oversight.

Great location – super convenient right next to Southern Cross Station and easy access to trams, which made getting around Melbourne really simple. The room was clean and comfortable, overall a pleasant stay. However, the bathroom amenities were quite limited and not provided in full for the number of guests, so we had to ask for addition

The location is just across Southern Cross Station but if you drive, parking will be a problem unless you don’t mind paying for expensive parking. The hotel seemed recently renovated but you could tell some parts were still old fashioned. The room was quite dark. The bed was really comfortable though. The shower head was strong.
