Very disappointing stay. The room was dusty, especially the air vent, which triggered my allergies and made me sick. The bed sheets and blanket did not feel clean and caused itching throughout the night. Lighting in the room was poor. This hotel was listed as a top option, but the experience did not match the price or expectations. Would not recommend.

I recently stayed at Citiclub Hotel Melbourne and had a pleasant experience. The location is very convenient, right in the heart of the city. It’s only about a 10-minute walk from Southern Cross Station, making it easy to get to and from the airport via SkyBus. Trams are also nearby, so getting around Melbourne is hassle-free. The hotel room was clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities provided. Since the hotel is attached to a club, you might hear some noise at night, but it wasn’t too disruptive for me. Food options around the hotel are great. Just a short walk away, I found Roti Bar, an excellent spot for Malaysian food with affordable prices and generous portions. Highly recommend trying the roti canai and nasi kandar 😊 Overall, Citiclub Hotel is a good choice if you’re looking for a central location with easy access to transport and plenty of dining options nearby.

Clean and well-serviced room, welcoming staff and convenient location! The decor is a bit outdated, but the room was so spacious! I would recommend visiting.

The hotel was very clean and in good position, the problem was during the night time, the pub closed to the hotel was keeping the music very loud until 4 am, impossible to sleep

Hotel room is very dark need increase light and the WiFi during my stay can’t operate with my iPhone and iPad but in tv can access to YouTube

Enjoyed our stay at CityClub Hotel. Good price and In a great location. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Hotel also has a nice Restaurant/Bar area for Happy Hour. We will definitely stay again. Thank you.

Suitably satisfied, perhaps a microwave would be useful but that would be a nice bonus rather than a necessity

The lighting in the room is not enough. Even we open all of that, it is still dark. The hotel shared the building with a club. On Friday and Saturday night, we can hear the music clearly at 6/F floor. We store the luggage after check out and pick up after few hours later. Unfortunately, we leave something out in the bathroom. When we go back to pick up our luggage, they didn’t ask us on solving that. They even not contact us to handle that.
