Best location whether to China town or crown ****** , everywhere is walking distance , free tram just outside the hotel

The room decor is very stylish, and the service is great. They even have a purified water dispenser. However, the soundproofing in the room isn't the best.

I was really looking forward to staying at this hotel, and my first day was great. The pool facilities were excellent, and I even had the whole pool to myself when I went for a swim. However, on the second day, when I returned to my room at 10:30 PM, it hadn't been cleaned at all. There was just a sign saying to notify them if I needed housekeeping. Seriously, at 10:30 PM, do I have time to wait for them to clean a room that hasn't been touched, with nothing moved? I'm extremely disappointed with W's service. This isn't even peak season for the hotel, why wasn't the room cleaned? Is it because they knew I was only staying two nights, so they treat a solo guest like this? I can't accept it. I don't even bother calling to complain anymore.

This hotel has a very modern, techy feel, especially the lounge which is quite unique. I checked in pretty early and the overall environment was great. The pool is also heated.

The decor at W seemed a bit odd at first glance, but then it actually grew on me and felt quite fitting. The breakfast coffee was excellent, and the service was great. My only minor gripe was that the front desk guy at checkout took a while to figure out the mini-bar charges.

My stay at W Hotel was excellent! The hotel is amazing, with a fantastic atmosphere and beautiful facilities. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and provided great service throughout my stay. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Out of the 6-7 hotels I stayed at in Australia, this one was among the most expensive, but it generally didn't live up to expectations. Firstly, the hotel environment was quite dim, though that might just be their style. Secondly, the room wasn't very spacious, perhaps because it was a twin room. Lastly, there were issues with the facilities; the bathroom faucet handle was broken and kept falling off. Since our days were packed, we didn't bother reporting it. One time, the faucet nearly fell on my foot. I'm not sure why the hotel hasn't fixed this; it seems like an issue they should have discovered a long time ago.

The W Hotel is very new and the rooms are spacious. Although it's a few hundred meters further from the city center, the swimming pool experience was also great. I would consider staying here again next time.

W has always been my choice no matter which country. But W Melbourne is really weird in the design of the toilet. The toilet bowl has a door but the shower does not have a door. The door can be sliding close between the hall room area. But the problem is when we shower in the aircon when there’s no door, it’s super cold! They should have built a door for the shower area

The design style is really good.
