Great location, right across from Flagstaff Gardens, making subway access incredibly convenient. It's about a 10-minute ride to both Queen Victoria Market and the city center. The room exceeded my expectations. It's essentially set up like an apartment, with a fully equipped kitchen including a fridge, pots, utensils, dishwasher, microwave, oven, gas stove, and washing machine. This is perfect for families who want to enjoy cooking Chinese food while abroad. The bedding was also very comfortable, and I appreciated having both a firm and soft pillow – very satisfying. The only downside is the long cleaning cycle, with housekeeping only once a week. This isn't ideal, especially for carpeted rooms.

Conveniently located next to a train station and a park, the room also had a kitchen. Everything else was pretty good, but the only issue was that the housekeeping didn't clean the floors daily. I stayed for over a week and asked housekeeping to vacuum the floor, only to be told they only do a deep clean upon check-out. If clean floors are important to you, you might want to consider this, otherwise, everything else was fine.

Check-in was a breeze, and the staff were incredibly helpful and competent. The room itself was well-equipped, featuring a microwave, mini-fridge, dishwasher, and a washer/dryer, along with a full set of dishes. The warm, yellow lighting was perfect for relaxing.

The hotel's location is excellent, right in the CBD's free zone. The rooms are spacious and come with a washing machine and dryer. The front desk staff were very nice, allowing us to store our luggage before check-in and after check-out.

The room was quite spacious, and it even came with a fridge and microwave. However, because it was a basic room type surrounded by tall buildings, we had to keep the curtains drawn, which felt a bit cramped. Perhaps because it's an apartment-style accommodation, there's no room service.
