Easy check-in and polite staff.
Pool was great and the room was a good size and very clean.
Excellent location, walking distance to all the sights. We would definitely staff here again.

It is a well-known chain of mid-to-high-end brand hotels in Australia. Overall, I am very satisfied with it, from price to service. If I go to Melbourne again, I will stay at this hotel again. It's right next to Parliament and very close to Chinatown. There are chain supermarkets and a lot of delicious food and coffee downstairs. It's within a 5-minute walk from trams and public transportation.
If you lie down on the window sill in the morning and the weather is good, you can see the hot air balloons.
The room photo is shown in the picture. It was upgraded to a double king bed room, which is twice the size.
Because I studied in Australia, I know a little bit about this place, and I saw some comments. Although some situations are also very magical, I still want to say:
1. Hotels do not provide free bottled water (although I really hope they can), it is said that the tap water in Australia is drinkable;
2. There are no slippers, toothpaste, toothbrushes, bottled shower gel, etc. It is said that it is due to environmental protection requirements.
3. The check-out time is really early...check-out is at 11 o'clock.

I booked a room with two beds, but when I arrived I was told that there was only a double bed room. When we refused, she told us to wait for the cleaning staff to finish cleaning. She waited for half an hour.
