This hotel offers excellent value for money. The room's modern and elegant decor creates a warm and cozy atmosphere, complemented by thoughtful and soft lighting design, perfect for both restful sleep and daily living. The in-room amenities are quite impressive; the tea bags are from a well-known brand, indicating good quality. The bedding is made from high-quality materials, providing balanced support – it's soft without being saggy, ensuring a comfortable sleep experience that makes it easy to fall asleep at night. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my stay.

The location is superb, just across the road from Chinatown. The cleanliness and staff attitude were both excellent, very satisfied. However, breakfast was quite mediocre, and there were no slippers. When I asked for them, they said they wouldn't have any until the day after tomorrow.

Pros: 1. The location is absolutely fantastic, right in the heart of the CBD. Chinatown is right downstairs, surrounded by tons of restaurants and coffee shops. You can easily walk to all the major shopping districts. 2. We booked a suite with two queen beds, which was perfect for a family with kids. The small living room, though not huge, was great for the three of us to snack and watch TV together. 3. They offer free luggage storage after check-out. 4. There's a heated pool upstairs, but unfortunately, I didn't bring a swimsuit. Cons: 1. The breakfast selection was limited, just enough to get by. 2. The pillows were far too high, making my neck quite uncomfortable.

I booked a room with two queen beds, and they were huge! There was even a small sitting area, which was nice. It's true the hotel doesn't provide slippers, so you'll need to bring your own. Also, everything in the minibar comes with a charge.

Great location! Plenty of dining, shopping, and attractions within walking distance. The hotel staff were very accommodating and assigned a suitable room as per my request, which was a thoughtful and excellent service.

Facilities: When I booked, I was drawn to the bathroom window's promise of a great view. However, upon arrival, I was utterly disappointed. The window opened directly onto a building less than 10 meters away. I then realized that the more expensive room types were on lower floors, and below the tenth floor, the view from the window was almost completely obstructed. The scenery shown in the promotional images was a total deception. Cleanliness: Overall, the hygiene was quite good. Environment: It's located at the end of Chinatown, and the tram stop is right downstairs, which is very convenient. Service: Pretty good. Finally, a heads-up to friends driving: absolutely do NOT fall for the parking garage entrance ads that claim parking after a certain time costs only around twenty-something dollars! It's a complete scam. We parked after 5 PM, and the next day, it showed a charge of $170! When we went to check, the outdoor ad had changed too. That's when I discovered that all the reviews for this parking garage on Google Maps were from people who had been scammed. It's truly disgusting. We contacted the hotel, and they managed to get it reduced to $60.
