Review Title: Disappointing hygiene and service – not worth the stay
We arrived at the hotel and were told that only rooms on the 6th floor were available. When we asked for a higher floor, we were firmly told there were none. After checking in, we immediately noticed several hygiene issues: the toilet paper in the bathroom was visibly dirty (see photo attached), and the room had an unpleasant odor throughout.
We went to the front desk to request a room change, but the staff member said they didn’t have the authority to approve it and could only offer a replacement roll of toilet paper. We were told the duty manager wouldn’t be available for another 30 minutes. After waiting, the manager eventually agreed to move us – to the 13th floor, which directly contradicted their earlier claim that no higher-floor rooms were available.
Unfortunately, the new room wasn’t much better. The bedding was substandard, the mattress was overly soft, and every time we turned over, we could hear loud spring noises. Soundproofing was also extremely poor – we could hear noise from neighboring rooms clearly throughout the night.
Overall, the combination of poor hygiene, misleading information, and uncomfortable facilities made for a very unpleasant stay. I would strongly advise against booking this hotel.
