Das Zimmer war mangelhaft. Die Matratze und die Kissen waren feucht. Keine Decke vorhanden nur leere Bettanzüge auf dem Bett liegend. Die Balkontüre konnte nicht geöffnet werden. Der Balkon war nicht abgesichert und konnte von aussen bestiegen werden.

Extraordinaire rapport qualité-prix dans cet hôtel 2*, propre, accueillant, arrangeant, avec terrasse et petit débarcadère « les pieds dans l’eau » (baignade, bain de soleil) juste de l’autre côté de la route. Les chambres avec grand balcon et vue sur le lac sont mythiques. Fenêtres et portes-fenêtres double vitrage, aucun problème de bruit avec la route, qui n’est pas non-plus hyper passante. Si nous devions relever un bémol c’est la structure intérieure de l’hôtel (couloirs-escaliers-parties communes) qui résonne beaucoup. Rien que le bruit de la clé dans la serrure (à l’ancienne) d’une chambre voisine peut déranger en début de nuit. Sinon Melide c’est top pour se poser au bord du lac dans son coin (plus discret que Lugano), Pizza Top à la gare vendent les meilleures pizzas à la tranche du pays (pas cher!), la Coop fait le taf pour les petites courses de tous les jours, y a des glaces à l’italienne, et, à 4min de train sur Paradiso, l’excellent Royal Shisha bar a une offre de chichas rare, où vous pourrez fumer 2h sans prob pour 20fr. Énorme.
