Spectacular hotel with an unbeatable location. The staff was very attentive and charming.

The hotel's scenery and environment are exceptionally good and very relaxing. The seawater bath spa and the infinity spa pool facing the sea are definitely worth experiencing. The service is also on point, though it's a shame that most of the staff don't speak English. They also messed up my room service order three times. 😅

A truly wonderful experience in every way. The location is simply fantastic, with meticulous attention to detail. The staff is always available to ensure impeccable cleanliness and order. The property is beautiful; it's like being in a village with direct access to the seafront. The breakfast buffet was one of the things I appreciated most: an incredible variety of choices, fresh, high-quality products, truly something for everyone. It was a pleasure to start the day every morning like this. The room was always impeccably clean, tidy, and very welcoming. You can feel the staff's attention and care in every detail. Overall, everything was perfect: service, ambiance, and quality. It's definitely a place I'd return to without a second thought and one I'd recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing, high-quality vacation.

Very nice hotel. Large and therefore sprawling. This is a drawback. The lobby, rooms, and garage are quite far apart, which can be inconvenient and involves a lot of walking. I love walking, but this could be a problem for older people. Special requests were fulfilled very quickly via email. The reservation system at the poolside restaurant isn't ideal. Too inflexible for a "poolside restaurant." Very friendly staff, very nice spa.

As soon as I entered the room, I saw three jumping spiders crawling on the wall. How long has this room been unoccupied? The room was very damp, the walls and decorative paintings were peeling and moldy, and there was a cracked washbasin. I changed to a room facing the parking lot. The service attitude of this hotel is also very poor. The front desk will not answer the phone for more than ten minutes. The response of the hotel app is also very slow. There is no service awareness of a resort hotel at all!
