Lifts were being serviced from 8am, so no access. I get back from breakfast and enquire, only to be told, "oh yes, just a minute". This took considerably longer, before I was then led to the side of the building and the stairs. When I enquired as to why there where no signs etc, the response was "we'll get to that". Pretty ordinary for $250 a night!

The hotel's sanitation is very worrying, and it is arranged on a low floor. There is a big road outside, which is very noisy when sleeping. It's a bad experience👎

The price is a bit expensive, but it is better to have a kitchen. You can save a lot of money by making your own food. You can take the ferry directly to Circular Quay, which costs about 8 to 9 Australian dollars and takes about 20 to 30 minutes.
