Great hotel local to centre east access for stockyard event , staff superb and helpful, spotless hotel with a few extra touches on arrival in reception. Breakfast was great , nicely cooked , staff on shift were happy and helped with directions and other activities to do close by

Totally brilliant. Room and bed very comfortable …. Situation great for Melton Mowbray town …. But best is how they supported by food intolerances. A huge thank you to the team of Megan, Jackie, Rihanna and Matthew. Very professional, stored my milks in their fridge, were spot on with the importance of cleanliness for gluten free ….. and had an amazing breakfast choice in a very friendly environment.

Each part of the stay at the hotel was really good, from the staff who were relaxed, helpful and happy, the cooked English breakfast was superb, the room with a comfortable bed and it's location near the centre of town. I shall stop there again.

Beautiful staff very friendly and lovely large quiet rooms. Very friendly environment and lots of nice food in town. I would recommend staying here especially on business as you get a great night sleep. Staff remember all your little requests making return visits very good

I’ve stayed here on and off for a long time now for work and all of the staff are amazing! New faces and old faces they’re clearly trained to a high standard and genuinely just good people! The rooms are always spotless, the breakfasts are amazing they just can’t do enough for you. I’m looking forward to coming back to work in the area as this is like a home from home. Thanks guys 🙏

Fabulous breakfast. Our waitress Becky B was an absolute star today. It was so busy, and she was as cool as a cucumber making sure everyone was happy and served in good time. We found out later that she stepped in at short notice and it's not even her department, so, well done Becky B, you were great today.😊

The staff are absolutely fantastic they cannot do enough for you always there to help, rooms always spotless comfortable as you would always expect from Premier inn, they even take into consideration what rooms you like the best and try and allocate you to them rooms every time you visit, breakfast was stunning and always cooked to fresh, the evening meals are limited but there is always something for someone but the service is spectacular the staff go above and beyond . Specials mentions to Casey kodie, Matt and the rest of the team! After a long 11 months working away Going to miss you all so much thank you for looking after me

Lovely welcome…… nice twin room with all you need …. Very comfortable 🛌 beds ….. The cooked breakfast was delicious, you can choose the amount of cooked items you want , the price for the breakfast is so reasonable.. … plenty of choices… whether hot or continental ….. lovely coffees ….. set us up for our journey home 👍🏻
