Air conditioning did not work in one room. Maintenance had left shop vac and other equipment in the room. They changed room but it wasn’t much better. The beds were comfortable but the room smelled musty. Front desk were not hospitable but it was only one night. Can not say I would stay there again.

Room was nice and clean but rooms are a bit dated and need to be renovated. Common areas were clean and area around the hotel was quiet except for when a train passes by. (Trains run throughout the city of Memphis so it is unavoidable). I wish I had them known that parking was seven dollars a night because I feel like that should be free. Doors lock after 10pm and you will have to use your room key to get in which I like for safety reasons.

This is my go-to place to stay when I'm driving to/from New Orleans. Convenient, good rates, clean hotel, quiet, and easy access to the highway.

Trash was not emptied. Refrigerator leaked water inside. Very frustrating to cast programs to smart tv. Sofa uncomfortable.

Spacious 126- rooms located in East Memphis, minutes away from corporate headquarters and Memphis International Airport, 12 miles from Beale Street in the downtown area. Refrigerator, coffee maker, wet bar, 42 flat screen TV, hairdryer, ironing board and iron in each room. Outdoor pool and fitness center. World of Hyatt members can enjoy our free breakfast when they book an eligible rate. Our breakfast includes premium ingredients, cage-free eggs, and regional chef-inspired dishes. Served daily from 6:00am-9:30am (Monday-Friday) and 6:00am-10:00am (Sat-Sun). Pet Policy - 1-6 nights a 75 Non-Refundable fee. 7-30 nights a 75 Non-Refundable fee plus an additional 100 cleaning fee.
