A home on the park

We absolutely loved our stay and would book this apartment again without hesitation! Joe was one of the best hosts we’ve ever had. His communication was outstanding from the time we booked through checkout, always responding quickly and making sure we had everything we needed.Since we don’t speak Spanish, his restaurant recommendations (including places with English-speaking staff) were incredibly helpful. He also arranged our airport transportation, which made everything stress-free. We arrived at 6:00 AM and were graciously accommodated with an early check-in, and our 5:00 AM departure to the airport was handled just as smoothly.After spending the previous week in Peru, having an in-unit washer and dryer was a huge benefit. The apartment itself is beautiful, comfortable, and features spectacular floor-to-ceiling windows with an incredible view overlooking Parque General San Martín. We never got tired of the scenery.We also appreciated the secure, covered parking space behind the gated entrance for our rental car and enjoyed watching the World Cup on the large-screen TV after our days exploring Mendoza.Everything exceeded our expectations. If we ever return to Mendoza, this will absolutely be our first choice. Highly recommended!

A perfect base to relax and explore So starting with the communication process: we received numerous messages from the owners about arrival, check-in, and handy tips about the apartment and location. Then we were greeted at the airport by a driver - arranged by the owners. Door-to-door. Then we were greeted at the apartment by the manager. My only complaint here is that she spoke no English (certainly not her fault), and I was underprepared with my awful and rusty Spanish. Still, she explained the keys and the apartment amenities and where we could reach her or the owners.The apartment is close to perfect. Good lighting, right on the park, ample space, good wifi, full and well-appointed kitchen. It’s a 5 minute stroll to restaurants, shops, pharmacies, and groceries. We were really impressed and happy except for the part about having to go back to work eventually. Would strongly recommend.

Amazing apartment in the heart of Mendoza! I stayed here for a few days with my girlfriend during our trip to Mendoza. The apartment is even better than the pictures show. The furniture and beds are super comfortable. The location is perfect and it's right next to the famous Mendoza park. Very safe area and close to shops and restaurants. The hosts Joe and Sergio were super helpful and assisted booking restaurants and taxies during my stay. While staying at their apartment, I actually chipped a tooth and they went above and beyond to help me find a dentist and get my teeth all sorted out. They made our stay in Mendoza a memorable one. I would definitely stay here again!
