"It is a good place to stay if you are looking for something cheap and relatively close to the center. We booked a basic triple room and it met our expectations in most aspects. The attention of the receptionists was ambiguous because there were days when they were very attentive and kind, they were very attentive to our requests and others when they were not. The room was simple but had what was necessary to be calm during the stay. Every day they replenished the amenities and cleaned the room, which was a detail that we loved. However, on the last day we requested housekeeping service for later and they had confirmed that it was indeed possible and then they did not come to make the room. In addition, unfortunately they gave us dirty toilet paper, which seemed inappropriate to us. In the room everything worked correctly, even the AC, except the minibar, we gave notice but we did not get a solution from the hostel. Finally, the pool was a very nice place to be after having toured the city under all the sun, and at first glance it was clear that it was well maintained."

"The hotel room is huge and the bed is simply amazing, top quality bed and pillows. The shower is amazing, very hot and strong. Great amenities in the room, little fridge and great hair dryer. The staff was helpful, there was an issue with our reservation and they were prompt to solve it. There is heating, including the flirt and for towels in bathroom so soruper cozy."

"I don’t recognize the hotel we stayed at from the photos shown online. The halls were musty, the neighborhood dingy, the room very spare, and the sheets and towels ragged. On the plus side the restaurant was nice at breakfast, and it seemed clean. We were scheduled to stay three days but pulled the plug after one night, forfeiting one night’s tariff. We don’t recommend you stay here. Not at all."

"The hotel is simple, but very well located, about two blocks from Plaza Independencia, and within a walking distance to other main streets and attractions downtown Mendoza, such as Teatro Independencia and Mercado Central, not to mention that there are many restaurants and bars in the neighborhood. "The hotel in general terms is a good 3*, but the last time I stayed, I went to room 103 and the toilet is attached to the shower, so you have to relieve yourself on your side. Really amazing to offer that room."
