昨天因為空調漏水，前台“施恩”給升級了房型，説假期維修工放假，沒辦法修，我未來幾天就住2118，晚上就要求補差價，今天就算了，明天和後天訂的不是這個房型，如果繼續住2118，就得補差價，不能按當前兩個房間的差價（平台上顯示差價5元）補，因為酒店臨時上調了房價，我要補臨時溢價，要不就換房間。因為換房間浪費時間，假期已經浪費了一天，不想再浪費一天，決定補個溢價，結果剛補了一天，前台就臨時在平台上再次提升了次日房價，我就盯着攜程呢，就手指劃幾下屏幕的功夫。前台説209空調根本不漏水，我折騰他們換了3個房間，給我免費升級一天已是客氣。所謂的豪華標間，抽紙盒子破舊不堪，兩把椅子連個餐桌都沒有，下水道下水不利，大花灑水流四濺無法用，小花灑水流濺到衞生間門口，不用手拿着花灑根本沒法洗澡，想洗個頭都難。既然住了你家店就跟沾了多大便宜一樣，這份便宜還給你們。本來不想跟店家計較，但是不計較不是好欺負，一顆星都不想給，這份差評是你們應得的。換了3個房間，沒有一個房間設施完善的。若大的蒙自，難道非住你們店不可？非常慶幸在平台下單，可以自由退單。

蒙自洋洲酒店位於城區主幹道旁，屬鬧中取靜，前台服務態度較好，房間內衞生不錯，床墊和忱頭適中，衞生間水量大，酒店有自己的地下車庫，出入比較方便，總體上感覺不錯。

本人常年出差，每年會有兩次時間會住這個酒店 以前的前台小姐姐很熱情的，今年這個上晚班的服務員小姐姐，態度奇差，問點事，更換房間，問個路都非常不耐煩，眼角還有一種讓人特變不舒服的尾光，建議店家更換這位上晚班的服務員，自21年開始，我每年來你們店住二次以上，從未有過如此差的體驗，非常讓人失望，店鋪掌櫃可以清查我的入住記錄 ，希望能有所改善
