Barceló Nura

We have had the best time here so much so that we extended our stay. This is our third visit to this hotel and the best visit Yet. What we particularly liked was that the staff remembered us From last year and went out to their way to be friendly and helpful. For the main part of our stay we stayed in the deluxe room and then did move to a deluxe room with a pool although the pool was lovely. The room layout wasn’t as good as the deluxe room layout which we which we prefer. The deluxe rooms are much bigger than the deluxe rooms with pools and have a terrace at the front and back. The food was amazing, especially the à la carte lunch which was part of the all-inclusive package. Each day there was a variety of starters and salads followed by a choice of five mains and then desert to finish. The mains were freshly cooked and prepared to your liking breakfast is very good with so much variety you’ll be spoilt for choice. The buffet in the evening is also good with lots of variety and food replenished when it is about to run out. We also enjoyed the wellness Centre particularly the water circuit which you can book. Everything is easy to book on the Barcelo app and if there you need anything additional for your room, this can be booked on there also and is attended to so quickly and efficiently. As I write this review, we have extended our stay even further and I’ll stay for an extra two nights. That’s how much we love it thank you Barceló Nura.

Our 4th visit to this hotel did not disappoint. Marc the managers return was evident in the myriad of small improvements throughout the hotel and most notable in the impeccable, polite and friendly service from all of the team. (To many names to mention as everyone was great) This is a beautiful quite relaxing hotel in a more remote area of the island which suits our requirements perfectly. Fantastic scenery, walks and facilities. The all inclusive option allows an even greater chance to unwind The hotel is very clean and well maintained , food is mostly buffet style and is varied. We very much look forward to returning in the future

From arriving at the hotel to leaving, the staff, hotel and room all amazing. Hotel very chilled which we loved. Everything was spotless. The booking of the evening meal was a great idea as the restaurant was never over crowded. Food was exceptional. The ladies on the omelette station went above and beyond for guests. All in all the food and restaurant area was superb. Pool areas never over crowded, very quiet and peaceful. The lifeguard who plays paddle was so helpful and friendly making everyone feel welcome. The lady who did the pool activities was so lovely and very knowledgeable at her job. I did Yoga in the pool on the board 1st time and loved it, which was all down to the instructor. Came for our Wedding Anniversary and will be definitely coming back. I just wish I knew all the staff names, as everything was amazing. Lovely to meet Will the Guest Experience Manager.
