Grand Hotel Bellevue - Adults Only ★★★★
"The hotel is beautiful and close to restaurants. We drove ourselves, and there was an extra $20 parking fee, but it was convenient as we didn't have to worry about finding a parking spot."
Hotel Therme Meran - Terme Merano ★★★★
"The most satisfying hotel in the trip"
Hotel Villa Laurus ★★★
"The service was outstanding and so friendly! The breakfast was also very good and offered a wide variety of choices. The location is good. Our room had a lovely terrace, but the interior wasn't exactly new."
Hotel Europa Splendid ★★★★
"We stayed one night on this hotel. It is a 3 star plus hotel. Reception was nice and resourceful. Bedroom good and clean. Very well located. We do recomend this hotel."
Hotel Aurora ★★★★
"Top Location, Perfect Service,"
Villa Eden a Member of Leading Hotels of the World ★★★★★
"My wife and I were extremely pleased with the entire experience during our stay at Villa Eden. Our suite was well appointed and comfortable. I can't say enough about the food and staff. Merano is a gem of a town and a short walk from the resort. We will be back to Villa Eden."
Guesthouse Suiteseven ★★★★
"SuiteSeven is a stunningly beautiful boutique hotel located in the heart of the old City of Merano. Each room is a large suite outfitted with exceptional attention to detail. This is where high art architecture and design meets modern technology in a historic setting. Our room included an oversized soaker bath tub, steam equipped shower with light and aroma therapy, two large Samsung televisions in the bedroom and living areas, high end music sound system with I pad controller, electronic controlled privacy shutters to block out sound and light, high speed internet and a great work space. This place has it all. This small hotel has a modern elevator and very quaint dining area with an outdoor balcony and rooftop terrace. Breakfast is served each morning by the gracious on site host. A large scale hotel would have a difficult time trying to match the quality of this establishment. This was my first visit to Merano on my way from Davos to Venice but certainly not my last. The oldest part of the historic district dates back to 850. If you plan to visit Merano in your future this is the place to stay."
Boutique Hotel Imperialart ★★★★
"We stayed here for two nights in the beautiful city of Merano in northern Italy. Centrally located, with a comfortable and clean room, with all necessary amenities, it included a balcony with views over the bustling main street. Perfect for accessing all that Merano has to offer."
Hotel Villa Westend ★★★
"Westendhotel team, my wife and I, together with our friends and dog, were fully satisfied with our stay in your hotel. We were particularly impressed by the excellent and abundant breakfast and the warm coffee, and we appreciated the excellent location of the hotel: everything was easily reachable by foot. We are very grateful to your staff, always kind, available and friendly, who made our stay even more pleasant. We wish to thank you very much for these wonderful and unforgettable days you have spent. When we return to Merano, we will certainly stay in your hotel again."

Hotel Ansitz Plantiz
"A beautiful, small-scale family hotel right in the heart of Merano, with facilities and amenities that many top 5-star hotels can’t even compete with, and there’s not a word of exaggeration in that! A grand, luxurious hotel experience in a small-scale setting, where every little detail has been thought of and everything is taken care of to perfection by a team of young, incredibly friendly and helpful people. Nothing is ever too much trouble. The ultimate holiday spot, somewhere you’ll definitely want to come back to!"
Hotel Pollinger
Hotel Pienzenau am Schlosspark
"My partner and I stayed in Merano in this hotel with a retro Habsburg style for 7 nights from August 16th to 23rd! We were wonderfully welcomed with warmth and attention as soon as we arrived! Attention to detail, cleanliness of both the structure and our room was top notch! Garden, flowers, the terrace of the structure with a breathtaking view to enjoy, two swimming pools and two saunas that my partner really appreciated! Excellent and relaxing breakfast and two quality dinners! At the reception you can find organized excursions of all kinds every day and finally the fact that we don't have a car, the management thought of offering us two passes valid for a week on all public transport in Trentino (truly the icing on the cake)!! Compliments to the owners and all the staff! Greetings from Adry & Ludy To return RECOMMENDED"
Hotel Kolping
"A lovely hotel, very welcoming staff and quality foods. We specially liked the wellness area because of the quietness, no noisy children. Rooms and bathrooms are a bit small and the area is exposed to busy road. Parking lots are fine for small car, with bigger cars you have a challenge. Overall we liked our stay and will come again."
City Hotel Merano
"This hotel meets and exceeds the requirements for a business stay. Rooms and large and the added amenities were a bonus. My room had a kitchen and an office area. The hotel is very central and modern!"
Relais & Chateaux Hotel Castel Fragsburg
"The hotel is a wonderful facility. The staff is efficient and accommodating. The food is excellent, the setting enchanting and the views marvelous. Breakfast was a real treat; and dinner never disappointed. Our stay was an uninterrupted pleasure."
Hotel Gartenresidence Zea Curtis
"We had an apartment that was completely renovated two years ago and was beautifully furnished. It had a state-of-the-art bathroom, a high-quality kitchen, and comfortable beds. The garden is fantastic, with a pool and whirlpool, as well as plenty of different lounging options. Everything is superbly maintained and beautifully planted. There's a children's playground with a soccer goal, trampoline, swings, and much more. Gitti's hospitality is second to none and she practically anticipates your every wish. You can borrow bikes for free, for example, to cycle into town (about 10 minutes; about 20 minutes on foot). There are countless excursion destinations nearby, and the bus, which you can use free of charge with the Meran Card, stops just around the corner."
Hotel Villa Freiheim
"Very personal hotel in the 3 I offer great service for generations! with unlimited excursions, mountain tours and walks (Meranerhöhenweg) Culinary ***** Restaurant Roberts and Sigmund especially recommendable!!!"

Hotel Pension Verdorfer
"We stayed at the hotel Verdorfer for one night but we found ourselves very good. The reception was magnificent from all the staff, they made us feel at home and chocolated us. It will certainly be our first choice for our next holiday in Merano or surroundings."
Villa Bavaria
"A friend and I were traveling through the area and happened upon Villa Bavaria online. It seemed nice and affordable and we booked for three nights. We were so lucky to have found it. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The food was SO GOOD and affordable. I have Celiac disease and have to eat Gluten Free and they accommodated me above and beyond with baskets of gluten free snacks and bread each morning and a slightly modified menu at night. Breakfast was included and was a 5* buffet of fresh fruits, meats and cheese, amazing breads (for the non-Celiacs), cereals, yogurts, etc. Dinner, for 35 Euro was a five course menu and it was incredibly gourmet and beautiful. Honestly, for 35 Euro we didn't have super high expectations and we were blown away. The rooms were impeccable, large and some (mine!) air-conditioned. The views, stunning, the garden gorgeous and both pool areas were lovely. It felt like we were at a private Villa. The location is perfect as well. This hotel is a gem. I really can't say enough good about it. Made our trip!! We will be back!"
