Although the main Inn was not open at this time of year, the hosts were gracious enough to let me stay in the one room they had with its own private entrance. The room was spacious, well-decorated with soothing colors, and very comfortable. The king-sized bed with super-soft sheets was terrific, making getting up for my morning meeting difficult. The attached bath was bright and clean, and the bathrobes were a nice addition to the mini-spa night I created for myself! I look forward to staying here again when I can spend more time exploring the area and beautiful Squam Lake!

We loved everything about our stay last week. The staff is wonderful, first class, and the decor is beautiful and very comfortable.We loved the coffee and treats in the morning and delicious breakfast! Also loved sitting on the porch and having blankets available for the chilly night air, It was like being at home. The linens and beds were very comfortable. The food is amazing. The restaurant itself is considered one of the best in the area so make reservations early. And you can also walk to a marketplace and a very nice restaurant on the water. We will definitely come back.

From the moment that we arrived at Squam Lake Inn we felt immediately at home. Perfectly situated for the activities around Squam Lake and the surrounding area. Rooms at the Inn are very comfortable and clean and the added bonus is the adjoining Inn and Kitchen Bar/'Restaurant. Credit to the owners Molly and Brendan who pay attention to the finer details and employ some of the best and friendliest staff ever. Food at breakfast and dinner is just great, including the best Margaritas , and we noticed that they had many returning clients. It was truly the highlight of our trip to New England. A wonderful memory for us to treasure.

This is a beautiful B&B. The owners and staff make you feel like you are home. Room are spacious and beautifully decorated. Breakfast is excellent. Location is close to hiking swimming and boating. We have been there two years in a row and plan to go back next year.

A local gem we found and enjoyed! Quaint and quiet with delicious food and wonderful hospitality! Clean and welcoming! From breakfast to a late night snack all was nicely presented and tasty! Dinner to dessert with the specialty cocktails made this a memorable experience! I will go back!

This Quaint New England Inn is well managed and maintained. Lovely restaurant and bar. Comfortable accommodation and relaxing atmosphere.

Friendly staff, clean but small room. We were not able to fill the tub for a bath, as the drain stopper was broken:( The widow was drafty, had to put a towel in the window to Keep out the cold air. Delicious coffee early morning, breakfast was outstanding!
