"Clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. The hotel was spotless, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location couldn’t be better, close to everything I wanted to see and do. Camino Real Mérida
"Perfect place to stay! Highly recommend"
Fiesta Americana Merida
"Hotel is outdated, but the worst thing is the noise. It is surrounded by loud streets and if you hope to evade the noise by having a room oriented to the courtyard, you are damn wrong. They have terribly loud installation of aggregates for their air conditioning. And they have built it so stupidly that the noise is going against the wall and thrown back inside the complete courtyard. Even we closed windows it always sounds as if you would have a vacuum cleaner next to your bed. And the really worst thing is that I had asked about the quiet room upfront I had made it even before Booking very clear that I am a shallow sleeper and that I only want to come if they have a quiet room. And they told me that I should’ve just booked a suite with internal view and I would be fine. Of course I was not. So it’s one thing to have a hell of noise and do not use technical possibilities to not spill all your courtyard with the noise of your air-conditioning. But it’s another thing to lie about it. At least in the bathrooms at Reception level I did observe roaches. As it is a very urban environment, this is avoidable with proper care and cleanliness. In addition, I had called them informing them about the flight cancellation and asked for a change of my reservation which day at first said they would gladly do. And when I came there, they said it needs to be done via a trip. And went ripped did send them a respective request they did just decline it. So dishonesty is written big in this hotel. I suggest to definitely avoid it."
Mansión Mérida Boutique Hotel - Restaurant
"Very characteristic, good service"
Courtyard Merida Downtown
"The hotel is very new and is the best hotel for the entire trip. The breakfast is good, the front desk is very good, the room is better than expected, the soundproofing is very good, it is 2km away from the historical center, parking is free, there is a swimming pool on the roof, and the view is very good; the only drawback is that the toilet is designed a bit high, and a person with a height of 160 can only tiptoe 😅"
Escentrike Hostal
"It's off the main road, but not a bad walk."
Extended Suites Merida Siglo XXI
"Cleanliness was good, very satisfied The location was convenient because there was a large mart right in front Service - One woman at the reception seemed particularly reluctant to work"
Hotel del Peregrino Boutique Hotel
"The hotel was clean and the location was good."
Hotel Hacienda Mérida
"Fantastic stay, from the moment we arrived everyone was very welcoming and friendly. The room was as advertised very spacious, clean and included everything we needed. The surrounding pools and seated areas were relaxing and really added to the time at the hotel. The daily cleaning was done quickly and to high standard, left some lovely towel art that didn’t go unnoticed. Would absoloutly stay again one of my best hotel stays ever."
Hotel Unknown
"The room is spacious and has an Asian vibe. Front desk staffs are friendly and helpful. Will come back again"
Casa del Balam Merida
"Very bad reception service, they give you the wrong room, they changed our room 3 times and in the end they didn't give us the one we paid for, they gave us one at a lower price, and the management never attended to us, we asked for breakfast at the hotel and they told us about the app but we told them that it said it was paid at the hotel and they didn't resolve it for us The pool was dirty, it was obvious that they didn't clean it Bathroom with ceilings in poor condition Cockroaches come out"
Residence Inn Merida
"Most of the people in the hotel are tourists. The front desk service is very good, the room is clean and tidy, and there is no odor. The facilities of the suite are also relatively complete, which is a good choice for tourists to stay."
Holiday Inn MERIDA by IHG
"The community is old, the location is OK, the breakfast is rich"
City Express Junior by Marriott Merida Altabrisa
"The payment issue is not clear. I made the reservation 2 days ago and the hotel tells me that they have not been in contact with you and have not sent you any payment. I made an additional “guarantee” voucher and they will execute it if you do not communicate. Please give me an explanation of this. When I made the reservation, they did not tell me that this would be the case."
