It is middle location between airport and city centre, public transport is convenient. However, the service is terrible. We heard electrical noise inside room 3 upon arrival and pointed it out to the receptionist, but she ignored. During nights room 4 kept knocking the shared wall to keep us awake, the room above us were stomping, but the staff did nothing about it, we couldn't bear it at all. We asked to swap room, the receptionist lied rooms were full but there was a room available on advertising. They never change duvet cover, there was stain on it, and dust on behind of head of beds. The bathroom all have a bit of window uncovered, allowing the outside to see everything that’s happening in the bathroom, plus hanging fabric on bathroom window. The price is relatively low, doesn't mean we deserve dirty duvet cover, be tortured by both electric noise, human made noises and be treated with lie.

The after 5pm check in is very inconvenient. Though the owner/reception looks like they only live within the vicinity, they don't want to attend 3 different guest who are waiting outside. It took us all almost 30minutes each guest before we were able to get our keys.

Great connection of light rail to close by beaches. Cheap to travel by train or light rails to Brisbane city but not to the airport connection. Office closure is 5.00 pm for this Motor lnn and the electric power point was very slow or not working n not efficient ...

The bathroom window needed maintenance and renovation. Everything was very clean and the service was friendly.

We were returning from a stay in the mid north coast of NSW to Hervey Bay. Camben was a great stop. The room had a full size fridge, was clean and very comfortable and we could keep our food cold so we could take it home. Overall a great stay, and close to the beach for a strole late afternoon. The staff were super friendly and helpful.

Rude staff, noisey and not cleaned well. Good location but with construction it’s a pain to get in and out of. No where to park when busy.

Enjoyed our stay  Room was very clean and tidy with comfortable beds and good coffee and tea facilities for our departure

Extremely loud, complaint with reception. You need to rinse the dishes and take the garbage out

All good but cold water and network issues

The room wasn't easily accessible. Was stuck inside a locked internal area with only a stairwell round back whereas all other rooms had from car door access to room or one flight of stairs with car in view. The room was Freezing and had no windows so no sunlight or natural air. Air-conditioning hardly on and was positioned way up on the ceiling. The smoke alarm went off twice for no reason : I don't smoke and hate smokers too. I had to get 2 staff members whilst the alarm was going off disturbing the other clients and the second time it happened I was asleep, no front access as I've explained had to drive around to ask hotel staff as accommodation staff left already and only part of all this was both staff were lovely with me :) So no fault there. The bed squeaked and the place is very run down and old. Pls don't book there. But by all means go eat and drink at the hotel next door :) thanks.

It's nice and a good place near the beach.
