We booked 3 rooms because we were traveling with children. You can see many sailboats and yachts from the hotel balcony. You can cook in the room, which is very suitable for families. Self check-in. The door downstairs also has a password. The only thing to note is that there are mosquitoes. Remember to bring Water repellent! Just put the used dishes in the dishwasher before checking out.

Pros: - Excellent size & layout. - Very pretty decor. - Good size balcony overlooking the marina while watching playful dolphins and manatees. - Awesome pool area well cared for with balanced, clear water. - Dolphin Tiki Hut grill & bar was fabulous...Reasonable prices with friendly wait-staff. - We will stay again, for sure. Cons: - No staff on-site. - Verification to check in needs to be done online which was a bit difficult. Called for help/guidance which was a call center in the Phillipines. - The floors in our condo were dirty and needed to be mopped...we mopped them.

The room was clean and we enjoyed our stay. An additional pool fob would have been nice and our door code didn’t work but could lock and unlock from our phones which was nice.

Just be aware the sofa doesn't turn into a bed. It is a 2 square and 3 square sectional that even when pushed together doesn't make any kind of actual bed. Other than that unexpected issue the stay was good.

Check in and out instructions were easy. More like a VRBO than a hotel. Cold pool in April, hot tub also not working. Mildew smell but that’s most of Florida. Place was spacious, nicely decorated and clean. Did have to ***** beds and make sure dishes were clean prior to check out.

Floor was dusty not properly cleaned, AC not working properly 1st night had to get fixed by maintenance next day and door with issues to open and close
