Grand Black Hotel

The room was extremely dirty: the floor, the bathroom, the bed linen. The only linens were sheets and pillowcases. There was no duvet cover. The staff didn't speak English. The room smelled of mold and putty, making it hard to breathe. Some floors were under renovation and had mortar on them. The stairs had railings that were about to fall off. All the furniture was falling apart, including the bed. The windows in the room didn't open. On the first day, we were shown the side door to the parking lot, but on the second day, we were scolded for using that door. The breakfast was very meager and tasteless, and there was nothing to drink at all, except hot water.

The hotel did not meet my/our expectations. I am happy to attach pictures of the complex as proof. The walls were smeared, damp and moldy. The mattresses had stains. The room was poorly furnished. The furniture was broken. The air conditioning did not work. The window could not be opened because the handle was missing. My child, who suffers from asthma, had difficulty breathing. The bathroom was very dirty and had limescale deposits. The shower head sprayed water in all directions. The hotel room only had one bath towel, even though a family room for three people had been booked. We had to ask for more bath towels, but the hotel did not have any available, so I had to share the one bath towel with my two children (17 and 14 years old). The hotel was very stuffy. Since there was no elevator, my disabled father had problems climbing to the second floor. The banister was unstable. The second room that I booked for my parents was also infested with mold, and there were problems with the bath towels again. I can't recommend the hotel or the trip to my acquaintances or friends. I'm disappointed and angry.

The cleanliness of the rooms was well below my expectations. Disappointing. I kindly ask you to take this feedback into consideration so that your future guests can have a better experience.
