Clean, comfort bed, cold aircond, nice swimming pool, carpark available near to room, easy access to reception counter, fast check in, very good staff, unlimited time for swimming, activity mini sport game to play such as free console games, free ping pong table to play and carom board game, tq mersing merlin inn!

There was a pool but no lifts so if you are bringing elderly it may be a bit tiresome for them. Overall ok.

Average for families vacation. Need to improve more hospitality

The receptionists are very friendly. The location is 1km near town Center. This inn is very simple in amenities. However it is a very quiet place .

Staff is friendly. Peaceful n quite place for me to relax and easy excess to the main road for me to move around my favourite places. Even though need a lot of improvement for the hotel itself to be well established

The hotel facilities are a bit old. However, efforts have been put in to keep the outlook looking nice. It is unique to keep the building old-fashioned to let seniors recall the old days.

The hotel location at Jalan Endau Kg Sri Lalang Mersing Johor. The room is clean and tidy. The bedroom is clean. Air-conditioning is cold. Parking is free provided by the hotel. Staff hotel is friendly and helpful.

Hotel is well located in mersing. Cleanliness is okay but rooms are dated.
