"First of all, for the first time this hotel seri malaysia didn’t provide the toothpaste and toothbrush(i know can buy one from nearby stores). Overall the room im quite satisfied. Its just please in moving forward provide one set of toothbrush and paste cause we well prepared to come for a vacation. And thanks for the services from the staff."

"I had an absolutely wonderful stay here! The service was excellent—everyone was so polite and greeted me warmly whenever we met. The island environment is beautiful and very relaxing, making the whole atmosphere so pleasant and laid-back. Every meal was delicious too! My only small comment is that there were quite a lot of mosquitoes and insects in the room, which I understand is unavoidable on an island, but I hope the pest control can be improved in the future. Overall, I had a really great day and truly enjoyed my time here. Thank you to everyone for the amazing service—I will definitely come back again!"

"A relatively quiet resort town. The hotel helped us transport our luggage when we went to and from the island. There are activities such as cycling and climbing on the island. The meals are also very rich. There is a separate leisure area for watching the sunrise and sunset. The beach on Besa Island is very fine and has many corals. "Easy parking, close to a selection of eateries, banks, 7e, guardian, Mr DIY and mini mart..15 minutes from the hotel to Air Papan beach..5 minutes close to Mersing jetty..the room atmosphere is okay, suitable if unplanned trip and budget can sleep here..no elevator..the male and female staff are nice and not arrogant.."
