Grand Artos Hotel & Convention

Very enjoy to stay here. Recomended for staycation. 24 hours isn't enough

👿Unfair dynamic pricing and terrible customer support — avoid booking here! I am deeply disappointed with the billing practices and customer service of this hotel. I noticed a massive dynamic pricing discrepancy shortly before my check-in. When I contacted the hotel to address this unfair price fluctuation and request a reasonable adjustment or rescheduling, they completely washed their hands of the situation. They used the excuse that the booking was made through a third-party platform and hid behind a rigid policy, claiming the system was "automatically locked" on the day of arrival, offering zero flexibility or goodwill. Instead of helping a guest, they chose to pass the buck entirely to the booking agent, leaving the customer trapped in the middle of a blame game. A reputable hotel should value fairness and guest satisfaction, not just lock your money in a system and refuse to communicate. If you want transparent pricing and a hotel that actually cares about customer experience when issues arise, look elsewhere. Absolute letdown.
