Best Western Superstition Springs Inn

Paid for room but could the I had no way to check-in for they needed a 200. 00 deposit. And wouldn’t refund our money or issue me gift card to use at a latter date . No one got to stay in room and took our 89. 00 that paid the room fee, but needed a credit card for a deposit then we could check in. They weren’t willing to work with us or try to make it right. My husband being a firefighter and emt was denied for we had no credit card and paid cash for room. We weren’t no show and we didn’t cancel they would allows us to check in with no deposit. In our mid 50s and felt we were a risk with no deposit. Offered them to my iPhone 16 til we checked out and confirm no damage and they refused.

location was ok. homr elss people were around but didnt bother us. lots of fast food close

I forgot my kindle in our room and the staff called within a couple of hours to see how to return it to me. Very pleased with hotel!

Being right off the highway it was very fairly priced. Lots to do close by. Fairly quiet even with McDonald’s drive thru being right across from our room in the same parking lot. I wouldn’t recommend the Dennys even with the discount. Apart from that it was a great affordable option. No complaints.

Room needed repairs. Electrical outlet covers were broken, two lamps did not work, and the hot water was lukewarm.

Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Check in was quick and easy. We were able to park right in front of our door, which is nice for loading and unloading. Excellent breakfast with lots of options. Scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles with a lot of topping options. Also a self serve yogurt with many toppings. There was also cereal, oatmeal, breads, muffins, juice and coffee. Very clean breakfast area. Very nice lady keeping it clean and stocked

The A/C was cold but the motor and can were so loud that i had to shut it off for the night. Thankfully the temps were cooler too keep the room cool. Breakfast was adequate. I'm not a fan of the powdered eggs but they were provided along with a nice selection for everyone. The room was very nice, clean. The bed was not very comfortable at all and it squeeked every time you moved around. Do better in the comfort of your mattresses. Your guests are tired when they stay at a hotel and are looking for a good night's sleep. The lock on the door could be better for improved safety also.

Not very clean You could see daylight under the door bc it had a huge opening between the floor and door Several spiders crawling on the ceiling Plastic couch had big black marks on it. This place is sketchy and for what it costs, go somewhere else

property was well kept up.good breakfast ,next to nice mall and shops across the street. dennys wasnt so good.
