Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Mesa Near Phoenix

The hotel is located within Mesa, which is very convenient for baseball fans. It's very close to the spring training facilities of the Athletics or CUBS, and there's also a Walmart and Culver's nearby for dining.

I booked a two-night stay. On the first night, check-in was in the evening, and the room they opened was uncleaned and unfinished. Although the receptionist immediately changed our room, it was smaller than the originally booked room, and there was no explanation. Only after I complained the next morning did the hotel manager tell me that they would clean the room we had booked and let us check in after the cleaning staff came to work. However, since I had already paid through Trip.com, I couldn't get a refund. It felt like the receptionist wasn't proactive in handling the problem.

The room was a good size and very clean. The location was convenient; Walmart was within walking distance, a gas station was across the street with cheap gas, a breakfast stall was nearby, and several Chinese restaurants were not far away. The hotel breakfast was also good, served hot every day, and the room cleaning was very thorough and attentive.

The room was clean and hygienic, and there were shopping malls and restaurants nearby, so it was quite convenient.

There were two shower outlets, so I had a shower time I'd never experienced before. Above all, the room was very clean.

Generally speaking, the facilities are outdated.
