We booked for 2 nights for 2 adults and one kid, when we arrived in the room the third bed was missing so after asking they put a bed. Main problem was that they are still building up the hotel and builders were working literally above our heads starting 8am in the morning also on sunday! Unbelievable!

We had a great a time at the hotel!! The rooms were excellent and staff behaviour was amazing! We took the transfer to Balos Lagoon and the driver was very kind and helpful since we couldn’t take our rented car to the beach due to road conditions and fines that car rentals are putting into action. We are definitely coming back this summer!

Amazing beach!! The water was so clear and clean. There are no facilities on the beach. Take umbrellas and lots of water and packed lunch. Its a huge place. It was very busy when we got there. Many families young people enjoying themselves. I absolutely loved it.

We took a boat tour from Kisamos to Gramouvsa and then from the latter to Balos Beach. Both Gramouvsa & Balos had relatively warm water, but the area had Too many rocks. I had to be extra careful not hurt myself. but WAY It was like traversing a cave!

Unbelievable beach and experience. My advice would be not to drive as its horrific, the roads are bumpy...go by boat which is a better experience Get there early so you can get a sunbed which is 5 euros each which is great. There is also plenty of facilities at the ⛱ toilets, food etc Please make sure this is on your list when you go to Creťe

This can be a 5 star hotel but chooses to stay on low level. If you are looking for comfortable and luxurious, go somewhere else. They have a nice pool area and beautiful views but so many things are not thought through to make it a good hotel. We took the executive sweet with private pool in the new building but here's the catch: The beds are not really comfortable ( don't get me started on the pillows) - if they can provide comfortable pillows and a better, bigger bad, that would elevate the sleeping experience. The AC is very loud and close to your face so, you can imagine. The private pool is kind of not working because there is a protective layer around it which really hurts the buzz and beauty of it all. The outside area has no fan or air flow, the entire thing is not designed at a smart level which will allow it to be a 5 star experience. The food is just nothing special or tasty and when you get breakfast and dinner, you have to pay for water at dinner. There is no AC in the food area or the hotel in general and the showers for guests who are leaving is in very poor conditions. The outside pool area needs a lot of fixes and much better shade. This hotel has all the elements of becoming a 5 star hotel or at least 4 but they lack the experience and knowledge to do so. If you go there, keep your expectations low. The service by the way - is actually pretty great!!! To summarize- if you come to this hotel keep in mind it's a 3 star hotel - for a 3 star hotel it's really nice but remember- 3 stars and not one more.

A bit tired but all in all a great stay. Close to the treacherous track that leads to Balos Beach if you fancy an explore. Room/bathroom was very spacious and the views over the sea were spectacular. Breakfast was mediocre…not high quality but good variety. Restaurants nearby like Gramvousa and Motakis a must.

Absolutely amazing hotel with very beautiful view and extremely delicious food. The hotel is located on a hill, so you can enjoy beautiful view during breakfast and dinner, from your room and swimming pool. The food is very tasty great variety of choices including sea food, various fruits and additional things (e.g. 5 home made jams, tachini, nutella for breakfast). Every day you will get absolutely amazing dinner with tasty main courses and great choices for meat lovers, sea food lovers vegetarians and vegans. Everything is very delicious and fresh. Staff at the restaurant is really nice and friendly. Room are really spacious and have a lot of storage space/desk/shelves etc. In the bathroom there are 2 sinks, which is great when there are 2 of you. It is very clean and nice here. There are sunbeds and umbrellas, generally enough for everyone. The hotel is not crowded and you get a lot of space. Everything in the room works perfectly including AC. Our sea view room had also swimming pool view, which wasn't an issue but we expected to have only sea view. Absolutely great place to stay, very close to Falasarna and Balos Beach
