The bedsheets were very dirty, with blood stains and hair on them.
Only one receptionist at the front desk, very slow in serving guests. I asked another staff sitting another side to help me in checking in but was rejected.

The room was spacious and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, making my stay very comfortable. Its convenient location, just a 10-minute walk from the station, was a major plus. I appreciated the peaceful atmosphere, which allowed me to relax and unwind after a busy day.

The location is an excellent as the bus to Venice main island is directly in front of the hotel and there is a supermarket just beside the hotel. Also there is a McDonald’s restaurant and a mega supermarket 5 mins away. Room is clean also but the only minus point is weak and slow wifi . Hope this can be improved.

Stayed in the hotel for 2 days . The staff and the amenities where good . The hotel is in best location easily access to venice and walking distance to railway station

It wasn't great visit for us. We just came im to our hotel when we saw water leaking from air conditioner while making loud noise from electrocity. We called the reception, and man came to "fix" it.
We went touring and still the same day when we came back it happend again. Again someone came to fix it but couldn't do anything about the noise. Also we were told that they can't give us different room because "they are full" but when they saw our dissatisfaction suddenly the different room was found... 🙃
The area (Mestre) seems dangerous, full of eastern immigrants. Especially in the night you don't feel safe.
