Location is near to a bus station to Venice island but room is so old and not clean with itchy bed. Smell bad though chose a non smoking room. Failed support of reception. Strongly not recommended

The hotel is very dirty, especially the bathroom is extremely dirty. The shower room is full of mold, the hair dryer is broken, and it is full of dust, and it is connected by tape. Reception staff has no smile, real cold service. The room is very small, there is only a sheet on the bed, no duvet cover (found the duvet in the closet later but it wasn't very clean). The bed was extremely hard but bouncy, very strange and uncomfortable. The Wi-Fi is so poor that you can't even open the video. Not recommended at all. It's a waste of money. It's a disappointment for the trip.....

Cheap and cheerful hotel in Mestre, 30 min walk to venezia mestre station but with bus stop right outside easy to get to venice for the day.
basic room but clean and tidy, staff are friendly.

We arrived late at night, checked in without any problems and without extra charge.
The room smelled of chlorine. The room is very old. The pipe in the sink fell off, water was leaking right onto our feet. The air conditioner did not turn on, or rather it turned on and off. The bed was like from the 60s. If you are driving, the location is good. There is a Spar and Lidl nearby.
In the morning I asked at the reception for a kettle or just hot water, to which I was offered to buy a cup of hot water from the machine for a euro. Is this 3 stars?)) Even the hostel gives you a kettle.
