Such a great stay! Clean and comfortable room, free parking was a great plus. Very thin walls and could here everything from other rooms tho

The self-catering facilities in the apartment were very limited, and the nearest supermarket was quite a wall away. The room itself was fine, and the staff were very good.
It would have been good to actually be able to use the spa facilities (the reason we booked that hotel) without having to pay a surcharge. The additional costs of using the spa need to be clearer on ******* when booking.
The location near the tram made it easy to get into Venice.

Amazing property and location 18 min tram ride into Venice, and you get to go back to the quiet after the hustle & bustle of Venice. I would definitely choose to stay here again when going back to Venice. Staff are super helpful, hotel is lovely and nice touch on my Birthday presented with cake and candle at breakfast!

The hotel was new and clean. However, I did not like the clear glass walls on the washroom. This might be okay if you are alone, but with a partner there was no privacy in the bathroom. The other person could see/hear everything.

Excellent Hotel, and Service; it lives up to the Elite in its name. Great location, just 15mins from Venice from the tram just a 5min walk from the hotel.
Irons not readily available in the rooms, but by request. Highly recommend!
