Lovely experience staying here for 5 nights, lovely and friendly staff. Staff were extremely helpful with any questions we had with travel or places to eat ect. The room was good, clean and tidy with hair dryer, mini fridge & tv. He helped us book excursions and showed us exactly where to go and what times. Massive shout out to the gentleman on reception everyday 11am-11pm nothing is ever a trouble ans always greeted with a smile. The hotel location was great 10 minute tram to Venice central. A grocery store just up the road, followed by bars, amazing pizza takeaway, geleteo bar. To anyone like us (couple) looking for a nice place to stay on your city break, this is the perfect place to crash. Don’t be put off by 2 star rating !!!

I used to pass by it every day when I was working in M****ille. It's really a great hotel. The service in Taiwan is very good. I was allowed to check in early at 10 o'clock. The room has a strong Mediterranean style and a small kitchen. The view from the 8th floor is also very good, a very satisfying housing experience!
