We had a week vacation in this hotel. It was clean and nice hotel. Rooms starts to need a bit update but they were clean and nice with air condition. Rooms was made daily and sheets and towels changed as should. Staff was kind and polite. There is a very nice pool in the garden that has nice a bit colder water that freshed nicely. There are a staff also at the pool giving towels and looking after of the guests. Still I need to remaind parents that you need to watch you kids, not other people. Water was checked every day and pool was cleaned daily also. We didn’t eat at the hotel so can’t say much about that. This is about 3km from Mestre train station and 1.7km from Mestre centre. Busses go near by opposite to Lild so you can take a buss easily. You can check the routes from google, AVM venice app or from the bus stop. We are in Italy so they come few minutes late normally. Hotel is a good place to stay and safe. If we come back to Venice we will probably stay here again.

I think this hotel is nice but they do not change the seats and cover if you stay continuously.there are heating machine but I can’t turn on the temperature.Tv remote controller is broken and battery was tasted.That might be weak point but others are okay.

The location of this hotel is particularly good, right next to the railway station.It's only a 20-minute bus ride from the main island to the mainland. And you can choose breakfast every morning. Even better, some concerts and parties are often held in the evening. I see they are trying best to create a better and comfortable accommodation environment here.

Spacious apartment and friendly staff. Walking distance to train station and supermarket. It would be better to have more shelves and hooks in the bathroom because there were only 2 hooks for towels/clothes which are not enough. The glass door of the shower screen could not be closed properly. Water came out and made the floor wet.

The location of the Hotel is a plus, because it is near bus stops and a few minutes walk from the train station going to Venice proper. The breakfast buffet was okay, could add more choices but nonetheless we enjoyed our stay. Kudos to the night shift receptionist (forgot his name) who was very helpful and was able to book us a taxi for our early morning flight. Would definitely recommend 👍

Typical Hilton so quality was not bad. Rather than paying v high hotel rates in Venice people should consider Hilton as it is v reasonable. There are two buses right outside the door with the 2nd stop that brings you to Venice bus terminals. You can walk in to Venice or take a ferry within 30 min with things to see whilst you are walking. Another plus is that with a 5 to 10 min taxi ride you and your luggages will arrive at the door of Hilton without the trouble of taking your luggages to your hotel in Venice after transport through boats But you need to time the return journey especially when the weather is cold or wet as it is hard to get a taxi in the evening when people are leaving after dinner.

Excellent location, just a small 5 minute walk from the Mestre station. The room was cosy, comfortable and quiet. Nice breakfast spread. The staff at the breakfast rooms were really welcoming and smiling. Overall we had a good stay.

I stayed at the NH Laguna last night after working a long flight from Canada. The beds were comfortable and it was very easy to access Venice by metro. I just had to recognize Teresa at the breakfast restaurant who made my day before working the flight home. She was so kind and friendly with a genuine smile and served me with such pleasure that I can tell tell that she genuinely loves her job and interacting with people and making their stay special. She pit me kn a great mood to work get flight home and reminded me to always greet my passengers with a smile.

When we went, the booked hotel was under renovation, so it was directly arranged to the next door. The hotel is also a four-star hotel, which seems to be a d starting hotel. They are all owned by the same company ... but the breakfast is not as good as described ... just Normal continental breakfast ... not much choice for yogurt lovers ... maybe because it's not the same hotel? ? ? The room is very big and warm, there is a large radiator in the toilet, and only central air conditioning in the room ... so the clothes can only be hung in the toilet hhhh
