It was horrible rooms looked nothing like they advertised. I booked for 2 nights and didn’t sleep there. Small tv room was hot furniture was broken.

Due to a death of my friends mother, and he was unable to attend. Requested a refund and was not granted. Lack of empathy resulted in poor customer service.

Room was outdated with broken appliances and under-furnishings; dirty with a funk/mildew smell. Deadbolt on door wouldn’t turn lock; it felt unsafe.

The property is a no tell motel. The rooms were outdated. The place had a bad odor. Old paint with cracked tiles. The bathroom curtain was old and stained. Staff was very sweet. However seeing the conditions of the room and me staying alone, I just went home after my event instead of staying the night.

It was ok the place ice machine didn’t work the first room I gat had bad smell in it customer service off the chain and he made it work the guy did he was amazing the 2pm to 10pm shift guy

Filthy no complimentary soap.only a sheet on the bed.no shower curtain, bathtub too dirty. Would recommend this place if I was homeless.
