The start of our Italian road trip was here at this place, and it was a great start. You really get the farm stay-feeling with horses, cats, dogs and hens roaming around and "Titti" is a great host. The room we had was rustic and nice, which suits the place well, and although no luxury (and with some small co-inhabitants, as expected at a farm), it was absolutely value for money. Breakfast was ok and although we arrived late in the evening, we luckily got some nice morning hours in nice weather before we left.

Titi and her husband were very kind. The place was clean and the view was wesome! A great place to stay if you want to visit Tuscany towns around Florence and Bologna.

The location is really pretty and peaceful. The old stone building is so charming and the staff is really friendly and helpful. I wish I could have stayed longer...

Beautiful Horse property with phenomenal proprietors. The breakfast was terrific. A lovely restaurant within walking distance. An easy drive to the train station.
