Cancelled after we arrived no apology nobody on the desk it took us an hour to find out they were going to cancel. Rubbish contact nobody answered the phone really could not be more useless customer service is appalling didn't care about anyone

Well located space. Apartment in good condition and easy to access. Parking is not easy to understand due to the parking meters, but when asked at the hotel reception, we realized that you only have to pay from Friday to Sunday. We had no hot water on the penultimate day, only in the bathtub. There was some lack of maintenance in the bathroom area, but nothing serious. What bothered us the most was having the capacity of a smart TV, and free internet (wi-fi) but it did not connect to the TV, that is, to watch any app on the smart TV we had to use mobile data as a hotspot. Only Spanish channels, without the possibility of changing frequency or language of movie channels, which had the same ones dubbed in Spanish. Easy access to the Leo Deluxe spa with additional payment made on site. Well-kept pool area, but in the middle of the afternoon there was a lot of wind, due to the lack of coverage in the area, which made it unpleasant.

Overall, it was very good… some things were a bit off, but it's a busy hotel, so it's somewhat understandable. The bed was super comfortable, the kitchen and utensils were very clean, the bathroom a bit dated, and the sofa was very uncomfortable, to say the least. We stayed at the Leo III for adults only, and overall it was wonderful. The apartment was very comfortable and spacious. Everything was brand new, especially the kitchen. The staff was very attentive and friendly. The location was also very good. We were very pleased with the cleanliness and the change of sheets and towels, which is unusual for apartments. The entertainment during the pool party was also very good. If we return to Punta Umbría, we'll stay here again. It is well located, in a quieter area of Punta Umbria and close to the beach. The apartments are nothing extraordinary. One thing I liked is that they take care to have a kit with a new dish sponge, dishcloth and detergent for each guest. The cleanliness of the apartment is nothing special. They only cleaned it once in a week, and not very well. They allow pets, which is good for those who like to bring their four-legged friends, but it creates more noise. We were in Leo III only adults thinking it would be quieter and it turns out that in the pool there was music at all hours from 11 in the morning to more than 11 at night quite loud, they played the radio chain dial and Cadena 100, it prevented us from resting if you want or listen to your music on the headphones. One day they started cleaning the pool at 8am in the morning with the pressure water gun making a lot of noise for at least an hour and a half. They barely left toilet paper, we were there for 6 days with 4 people, they only cleaned the apartment once, they didn't leave a replacement for detergent to clean dishes. It is expensive for the service and what it really is are very simple and already a bit old apartments.

They should close this establishment. When I made the reservation with Booking, the photos do not correspond to the reality of the room. Upon arrival the room was full of dirt, clogged showers, and old room, a disaster in short. I do not recommend this accommodation to anyone. I don't understand how they can have this type of accommodation in these times. For me, the outlay I made is a lot and I only have 4 days of vacation a year. When I arrived and found that room I didn't know where to find myself. They need to fix all the rooms or at least the ones like mine. Spoons in the room.
