No restaurants nearby No service room Little room No air conditioning Gym opens late Late wake-up calls. They call "late" for the taxi to the airport, I was 30 minutes late. Asking me for different amounts of money for the same menu. They dont clean the room. Only if you ask. All the info is in German; no english And others.

Single room beds are very narrow, as if for children. All information is in German, so if you speak English, it's not enough. Because it is an "ecological hotel": *There is no air conditioning and they don't clean the rooms. *If you like saccharine, bring it because they only have "natural" sugar. *The place is far from restaurants, and the cafeteria is closed early, so if you arrive late, better eat at the airport or on the way to the hotel. The hotel is nice, maybe for couples, but not for business trips where you want the basics to be right on time.

The nightly rooms were too hot and uncomfortable. No AC, fan nor air circulation. One window didn't have a screen so you couldn't open it. Suggest offering a fan to quests. Everything else was great: food, meeting rooms, service etc.

This hotel is very warm, relaxing and authentic. the smell of wood fire when entering the hotel is just magical. The room is comfortable and quiet. The breakfast is very good and organic. I would recommend it - I love it!

Lovely place with eco policy, excellent food and cozy spa. A bonus if you play the piano there is one in the hotel lobby and guests are allowed to play. The old-fashion style of the hotel pleasantly differs it from standard options. I enjoyed celebrating my birthday at this spa hotel:)

We loved it! Perfect! Exactly what we were looking for! Beautiful relaxing hotel/restaurant/spa. Lots of cosy places to get together. The bar in the evening was really nice too. We highly recommend this lovely place. The value for money is also really good.

Very nice reception, wonderful buffet with a large selection, all the staff very accommodating and extremely friendly. All in all a very successful concept. Liqueur prices perhaps a little too high

Im Haus bei Ihnen ankommen, fühlte es sich sofort sehr wohlig, gemütlich und leise an! Der Empfang war sehr herzlich, sowie der Service beim frühstück und Restaurant! Ihre Köche bereiten die sehr leckeren Gerichte mit Leidenschaft zu! Das Essen und die Viefalt hat uns außerordentlich gut geschmeckt! Die Neandertaltherme sehr erholsam! Das Fitti ein vorzeige Ort und funktional top! Im Außenbereich wäre eine zusätzliche Sauna und Whirlpool schön gewesen! Vor den Außen Saunen sind Stolperkannten, für alle die, die nach uns kommen! Wir kommen gern wieder, und haben schon viel gutes von den zwei schönen Tagen berichtet! Preislich könnte es eventuell für Gäste mit kleinem Geldbeutel ein Angebot geben, kleine Unterkunft ect.
